Well, E3 is about to arrive and once again someone is claiming "on good authority" that The Last Guardian will finally be shown. The UK newspaper "The Guardian" states that TLG will be shown, though they also have Zelda on their "most wanted" list which is already confirmed to not be there.

Yes, we know it has been in development hell since 2007, but we have it on very good authority that this will be the year that Team Ico finally presents its follow-up to much loved classics Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. Whether it’ll bear any relation to the game last shown at E3 in 2009 is anyone’s guess.

Love the Ico/SotC games and I look forward to it but damn, how can it possibly live up to the hype of waiting so long? Children have been conceived, born, learned to read and do simple math in the time this game has been a project...

Unlike most games that are long awaited, this one will most likely live up to what is expected. The only bad thing is that because of how long it has been in development people who the game is not truly made for will buy it and not like it. If you liked Shadow of the Colossus and ico I would put my money on this living up to the hype. Will have to wait and see but I do not foresee another duke nukem forever circus. that game changed hands a few times.

Seeing as I've never played either one, this trailer didn't really do much for me. I did get some feels when I thought the giant chicken cat thing was gonna fall though. I think I have both ICO and SOTC from PS+ a long time ago. I might have to give them a try.

Ico+SOTC were both PS2 games , the PS3 version are slight HD versions.
You may as well run a PS2 emu if you have a pc that can cope, higher res, higher fps, etc.

Ico is a bit hit and miss for some people, but SOTC is well worth the full playthrough.

I do have a decent PC but I prefer to play games on PS3/PS4 if it's possible. Thanks!
