    Parser of sorts

Didn't really want to make a new thread for this but wasn't exactly sure what to search for.

Is there a program that will store all chat logs in it, for example having a mule sit somewhere without chat filters on and being able to access the log and look back through it or do i need to go through the ff folder and look at the saved chat logs in there?

Also is there a parser with the ability to show you how much damage you are doing in x amount of time?(similar to xp/hr i suppose) as opposed to total damage done, haven't used a parser in 2 years so no idea if this is possible really.

    thx in advance~

Direct Parse has an option to parse chat logs, though I've never really used myself and dmg/minute k parse might have that I am not sure.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean about ff folder, but windower's logger plugin saves all text that goes through your chat log into .txt files named by character/date.

Kparser has a chatlog feature to it, and has the texts in different colors if I remember correctly. It also has a damage per second tab, which is like the other function you wanted.

I don't think there's currently any parser that will re-parse saved logs, unfortunately. That's a feature I miss from FFXIP.

FFAssist2 does this for me. Saves my entire chat log to .txt file. Windower also has a plug-in that does this, though I've never used it. Both Kparse, and Dparse capture the chat log. I don't think either is set up to easily export the file to something as convenient as .txt.

Pretty sure kparser will tell you damage/time.

Just load the Windower Logger plugin. It has some customization if you want it. By default, it just saves the chat log in /windower/logs/playername_yyyy.mm.dd.log

I'm sure KParser will fulfill your other needs as suggested by others.

Logmod on windower forums can save html logs that also contain color coding similar to FFXI's chat window colors also supports uploading to ftp on 15min intervals.
