FFXI Graphics problems

[Hwang]

It's not so much a graphics problem as everything fucks up, it's a problem since I upgraded to the newest driver for my graphics card (nVidia 7300 GS). Ever since downloading the new driver I have been lagging to hell when anyone sings a song, or when I change jobs, this never happened with the old driver.

After rolling back to my previous driver, I'm finding it's still doing the same.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

According to the playonline site, the 7300 series is approved to run with driver 93.71, is this what you have?

My current driver is 8.15.1.8585, the updated version which I had was 9. Can't remember the other numbers unless I re-update the drivers.
