Ya I remember when I was new to Garuda, I checked you and you were like "Tell your LS I have enmity merits." and I said I was too busy checking out your online video game accomplishments. Hahaha..

One of the things I miss most when I play PLD/NIN is the insane rate of hate accumulation RDM/NIN and NIN/DRK have, nothing matches it.

The only thing I miss about DA is the chatter.

There are still a few good players on Garuda, but definitely a lot fewer than there were pre-salvage bans. But no, I don't see any of the good players that I know going to a pick up AV. This is going to be pretty funny.

Daecca's just bitter because we used to understimate Samurai back then, definately a huge mistake on our part since we had some amazing SAM's (such as Daecca himself, Raiko, etc.) in our LS roster.

That being said I agree with Rich, everybody else just copy&paste'd JP's strategies (PLD/WAR tanking with AA 24/7, BLM-heavy alliances and the likes) without much thinking until recent times (to the point that the dominant JP/NA hybrid HNMLS's had a lot of troubles while switching from PLD/WAR to PLD/NIN and RDM/NIN tanking, killing stuff like Cerberus for the first time without wiping 3-4 times in the process took them forever lol) and 90% of the talented players in the endgame scene either quit a long ass time ago (I haven't played in nearly 2 years myself) or got banned so yeah.

I'm not bitter about that. That was a long time ago, and some of my best work was as a white mage anyway. Every MMO shits all over melee except when the melee are overgeared.

It's funny you would mention BLM heavy alliances ... if you recall, that was basically Virgil's trademark strategy. I don't think we ever did Ouryu or Bahamut with melee.

what good players are left after 1/22 on that server? like a handful? and most are the vets from Trip? all lot of them migrated or quit. (as far as endgame goes. some of the most talented players ive come across in garuda dont do King/HNM endgame like Artemas/Kell/Aneyus etc)

When i 1st migrated to garuda, other LS's besides SA still used pld/war tanks with blinking rotation and i was the only one who used barfire gear on tiamat for like 4 months until they ALLLL started to catch on. So at least they're up to date a little. idk

This server is slow and close minded. seeing them team up with other LS's is going to be like going to see the circus.

This has been in the works for months now and at least it's some attempt to maybe do something about AV since no one else is.

Cog, I have work tomorrow but I am able to login from work and help with raises if necessary if I am not stuck testing Switching Equipment for ISP's. I look at this as more as ways to get more information due to having more bodies to rotate in to try different things.

It doesn't mean that all the good players are gone yes. But all the ones who would be the only ones close to even solving the AV mystery? Yeah, they're gone or at least scattered for the few of us that still are around. Not saying we're smarter than the majorty of the player base, but in terms of the Garuda Server if anyone was to legit take AV down, it would've been SA. No one else had the fire power, skill, or experience we did on Garuda. Not being Egotistical, just telling the truth. And in fact, SA was the only LS to kill it on Garuda when it was Zergable. That says something as well.

I know you are on Garuda, and that's why I am really surprised you think Oceanids will actually accomplish anything or find ANYTHING HELPFUL out to the mystery that is AV. Seriously, get a grip.

My curious nature would be at least partially sated if I could get an accurate measure of his unbroken regen rate rather than "a lot".
