I figured since I started the story I should follow up:

I decided to heed the advice of many here and call the local Police Department, spoke with a Detective who basically said there's nothing I can do other than file for a restraining order, but I can't do that unless they make direct "credible" threats directed at me personally. He suggested I tell my boss / owner to see what they can do to help, after I told them I did and they didn't care, he suggested I find a new job. LOL

Find an opportunistic lawyer and he'd probably have some sort of decent workplace harassment suit, considering you told your bosses that, you know, your coworkers were threatening to shoot up the place and they did nothing. Then you can get paid to quit, and honestly if your bosses are this incompetent they deserve to get sued.

I don't think you realize this but your essentially fucking someone over for the rest of his life if he does get "vanned". People most of the time just talk about how easy it is to do things just because they subconsciously believe that there should be better controls. MY RA was a firefighter and always told me how easily it would be for some school buildings to burn down or for a shooting to happen and how it could happen.

A lot of the time people are just bored and think of shit when they're bored and find ways to occupy their mind. Not to mention they think about it because if they know how it could happen they'd know how to counter it

Fuck I used to talk about how easy it was for a shooting to happen in my building because I was scared shitless of how easy it was and thought people should know.

Also on a side note people have different ways of measuring their penises.
