To be honest it's cool when mods are just "one of the guys" and can separate being ruthless with being cool. Like Ceph in the NFL threads, I give him hell and he gives me hell constantly about Clutch. Yet I've seen him lay into people who cross the line.

TBR, Isladar, Falisa, Ksandra etc.. all post here and it makes going to them with shit much much easier. They don't let shit go to their heads, which is A+ in my book.
