Finesse did you end up watching Battle Royale 2? If you haven't do not do so. It was terrible. As great as Battle Royale was, the second one was that bad.

If anything I would have thought I should invite him so you could see his hijinks in person?
Ya I had heard about 2 and it's terribleness in the same sentence so just left it alone. There's some classics you just can't fuck with.

But Sam Raimi did an amazing job with the Evil Dead series, I have 1 and 2 on VHS still lol

    not yet mentioned, i think:

    Ghost Dog
    Soylent Green
    The Quiet Earth
    eXistenZ
    Brazil

The Cube, yes. There is also a Cube 2 but it was basically the same thing.
And the movie was called Jacob's Ladder, not inferno.

I liked the first Cube. It was an extremely creative idea and was a cheap to make movie. I think they are up to Cube 4 now, which is a bit excessive as far as I'm concerned. Sam Raimi pretty much made the quintessential cult movie with his Evil Dead series. As much attention as it still gets, it still stands up to the test of time with the best of them.

I've seen way too many movies. Seriously.

I enjoyed "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," and apparently there is a cult of fans who go to city theaters and wear the foam blonde hair during the late-night showings. Headwigs or something of the like.

A few of these may be repeats, but here's a few off the top of my head. I have a deep-seated passion for B-grade horror and pure mindfuck films, so here goes:

    Barfly
    Return of the Living Dead
    Dawn of the Dead
    Withnail and I
    Zombi
Cannibal Holocaust (this one is seriously NSFL, not for the weak)
    The Way of the Gun
    Tank Girl
    Doom Generation
    Happiness
    Re-Animator
Death Race 2000 (the original, not the fucking remake)
    El Mariachi
    The Game
    Meet the Feebles
Suburbia (the 1984 punk classic, not the mid-90's grunge wankfest)

Also, pretty much anything by David Lynch or Terry Gilliam.

    In Bruges fucking sucked.

I'm sorry but there is literally nothing good about this movie. So many people told me it was great and after I watched it I felt completely wooshed. I was honestly pissed about wasting my time after watching it.

I mean half the cast from Harry Potter 4 is in it, except they do an even worse acting job here. The story sucked. Colin Farrell sucked. His partner sucked. The bad guy sucked. Collin Farrell's girlfriend sucked. Even the midget sucked, and its really fucking hard to make a midget suck. I wasn't the least bit surprised that the ending sucked too.

As for "cult" films I like:
    Hackers
    Kingpin
    Tank Girl
    Mean Guns
    Equilibrium
    Cube
    Boondock Saints
    Snatch

There's others I like but this is all I can think of right now.

Has anyone mentioned Oldboy? Great korean movie check it out if you haven't.

Also Japanese and Korean horror flicks like The Ring and all the other shit US adaption horror flicks that have been coming out.

But to BrillCS a million fucking times Battle Royale if you haven't seen it.

The Filipino Weng Weng flicks are great too, midget 00 movies spoofing Bond. First one was "For Your Height Only" and continues with quite a few more.

More of a cult TV show, but good call because both the show and the movie are made of fucking win. I swear anytime I see my sister we always break out the interociter quotes.
