People will try to play her, they just won't win, lol.
I'm sure they will try to fit her in some kind of Planeswalker control deck.

BW tokens is more or less white weenie, just with added gimmicks. Human tribal with a splash of blue is a decent standard deck as well, recently made top 8 at a GP I think.
And Tamiyo could see play in UW or Esper control, her ultimate is so awesome people with try to work it in to decks.
People are too damn disillusioned about blue walker these days thanks to Jace
Agreed. Just give me back Jace Beleran!!! RIP
Jace, The Wallet Shredder.
She could probably see play with some proliferate effects to ramp her loyalty counters I think. I've seen a few decks that seem to make good use of otherwise slow PWs.

Party hard RDW.
Hey look, A white weenie card that costs 5 mana and isn't named Eslpeth Tirel. I.e. trash.

Have at thee, coward.
Stonewright is kinda meh (unless you pair him up wth a double striker), but the other two are fucking whoa.
I like the idea of a two-drop Planeswalker... but I don't quite care for red.
Don't think the planeswalker is any good, at all. "Discard a card at random" is not strong, lol.
It fits the somewhat random nature of RDW, I think he's more likely to see play then Tamiyo.
Red just can't afford dead cards and its too easy to play around that planeswalker. The point in playing him would be to try to get rid of dead land draws mid/late game and win some games otherwise RDW always loses after X turn. Discarding at random is too.....random for a slot in the deck. Maybe a 1-of or 2-of for certian matchups?
I don't even think I would counter it or bother killing it >_> lol
tried Tibalt in a Legacy RDW (proxies), he's unreliable. Faithless looting does a much better job at filtering dead land cards.
So, I have a completely unrelated question. I have Sensei's Divining Top out: if I tap it to draw, twiddle it to untap it, then tap it to draw again, would I get the top card from my library plus the divining top in my hand?
Yes. The cost of the ability is only 'tap' so you'll draw a card and put it on top, then the second effect resolves, draws you a card, but can't find the top to put on your library.
And the second card I draw would be the top itself?
Yeah, the 2nd effect fully resolves before the first one gets to. When the first effect finally resolves, you draw, but there's no top in play to put back on your library, so that half fizzles.
tap divining top
interrupt draw effect with twiddle
let twiddle resolve
interrupt draw effect again with divining top itself
let that effect resolve (draw + divining top on library)
let first effect resolve, (draw)
Oh magic, you're so crazy
remember damage on the stack? good times
