I don't think so.
Exile used to be "removed from game", and things like the wish spells got you stuff from "outside the game" which included exile and sideboard.

But nowadays I believe they're separate, when they gave exile a name, they moved it "ingame" but just harder to access than the graveyard.
I'd say find and check the current errata in Gatherer for the wish spells, most likely place to get a definitive answer.

And yeah, where rules are concerned, exile is one of the defined zones that are part of the current game in progress. Zones defined currently as I know them are hand, library, graveyard, battlefield, exile, and command (for EDH). Your sideboard is not in the game.

I don't think it sucks necessarily but at the same time it isn't amazing either. Certainly not worthy of mythic except for the idea that casting a card from exile is complex I guess. Personally for it to be worthy of being a mythic I think it should have allowed you to cast it from graveyard too conditionally or maybe have haste or some other ability to boost it a little bit. The red 4/4 flying haste dragon is awesome though.

Do we really think the 4/4 Dragon is better than Koth? Koth will likely see reprint in M13. Koth cannot be killed by spot removal.

So no, unfortunately you can't. Cunning Wish is also a lot less diabolical when you can't rfg some card, then wish it back

I can't say that is BAD, but by 10 mana in green I think you should have already won the game or lost the game by then. You could have 2 in your deck which would guarantee you a win? Maybe with 3-4 Green Sun Zenith though, so that would stifle it a bit.

If I had that much mana I would rather use Genesis Wave. That way sorceries and instants don't stop the engine from going. Though that card might see some interesting decks built around it.

Well, the point would be you only have 2 sorc/instants in your deck, both being that card lol.

You could play 4 L-Elf, 4 of that new elf that taps for 3 mana, 4 Birds, etc lolol

Play 4 of that new 5 mana +4/+4 Soulbound creature and BOOM. Too bad a next turn DoJ defeats you lolol

So far I am really disappointed in the mythics in this set, maybe that is a good thing since if a mythic is good it can be a pain in the ass to get and be prohibitively expensive but really I only see maybe one mythic that I would personally play in std right now and that would be a 1 or 2 of. I will definitely want 1 Tamiyo and 1 temporal mastery for my mono blue EDH deck.

I will have to examine the mythics more closely maybe there are a couple that I missed or didn't think were good enough that would fit into a deck built specifically for them.

Temp Mastery and that White mythic that makes 4/4 flyers is very good in standard IMO.

Bonfire of the Damned could make it into standard, as well.

The Red planeswalker is much better than Tamiyo. She freaking blows for standard lol. StarCity is on crack selling her @ $40.

Malignus may be the worst mythic creature ever printed behind Pro Hydra.

The lands are going to make this set.

Yeah Tamiyo I don't think will be that great for std. She might show up in some control heavy decks but I don't think she will be huge. Then again I don't think any planeswalkers have been huge must have's for their colors since JTMS... Most of them if they are good see moderate play.

I was thinking pretty much temp mastery is the main mythic I will want to play in std. and maybe that one that makes the fliers if I keep playing white/blue like I have been.

Tamiyo is going to be amazing in my mono blue commander deck though specially if I can get her to ultimate.
