reminds me of how I quit for over half a decade, then came back, and in my first new deck (Invasion) there was a foil Reya. if I ever do get around to selling all my cards, I'm keeping that one.

Anyone know a good place to pre-order the new from the vault realms set? Everywhere I have looked locally is already sold out of pre-orders.

Would be great if Target carried them like almost every other release. I have never seen any card shop sell FTVs at MSRP... :\

Target/Walmart don't carry them cause the limited production run so they are never gonna carry them. Only places that order these are the LGS and they know they can overcharge. I can't think of one besides a direct distributor will sell these for a decent price and they tend to limit who they sell them to.

My LGS carries them and only sells them at MSRP which is great but I just happened to be too late on pre-ordering from them. I am on the waiting list though... first in line if someone decides to not buy theirs. I was just hoping to find a pre-order place online somewhere to guarantee picking one up.

No there are 10 cards that still need to be spoiled IIRC. Bricks will be shat and chaos will ensue if the rest of the cards include, Maze of Ith, Wastelands or any of the other stupidly popular lands from a long time ago.

Unfortunately for those who need duals (and fortunately for those who have duals), the original dual lands are part of the reserve list so they cannot be reprinted.

Best lands that can be reprint be karakas and wasteland and maybe maze of ith i can't remember if thats reserved or not. Even just printing one of those lands will shoot the price up pretty high god knows how much it will go for if they reprint wasteland and karakas.

The reserve list is stupid IMO and should only apply to core sets and blocks. It should not apply to specialty products like FTV.

They made exception on the artifact FTV by reprinting Masticore, but they did say that was the last time they'd do that :/

I doubt the power 9 would fluctuate much in price if they were reprinted. Their price is already far above the price that would be driven by players and is driven by collectors. Collectors wouldn't give a crap about reprints of the power 9 they would value the originals.

This happens with baseball cards, comic books, coins etc. They do a restrike/reprint of a super valuable collectable and it usually doesn't effect the value of the original.

iunno, Yugioh's card value pretty much went down the shitter every 3 set because of their reprint policy

Just reconciled prerelease for RTR and TCU's football schedule and am sad will miss all of Saturday. Still have Sunday, but was really looking forward to this one.
Tricked myself into being happy for a second when I saw it was an away game, but it's @SMU and actually closer to where I live than the home games.
