The +1 is crazy since the combat damage doesn't have to be to a player and lasts until your next turn. Friend pointed out that it'll be crazy with Sylvan Advocate in standard.

Her +1 is very fucking good, especially with cards like Sylvan Advocate, Duskwatch, Lambholt Pacifist, and Tireless Tracker to come down before it does and protect it or utilize the +1 immediately.

The amount of situations that she creates instant advantage with her +1 is impossible to list. Idk what Wizards is thinking with her, cause she seems pretty dumb.

Let's also consider the fun/pain she could unleash in a plainswalker deck with Doubling Season.

They are probably assuming she is fringe since 3 colors, but in standard, only 2 colors are any good and she fits in them.

She seems really good. Like formats other than standard good. But I am bad at evaluating cards so who knows. Either way should be a fun card to play with.

She is 100% playable in Modern and I would not be the least bit surprised to see her show up in other formats.

She could work well in a delver midrange deck in modern. Help you refill your hand and keep the pressure on your opponent.

as a red / black player i really wish it was possible to play against the g/w/b contol decks that end up being @ every shops top 4. its boring as hell to play knowing you've lost simply because the guys got 45 stall cards 2 win cons and his moms credit card.

When I lived in the Bay Area this was always a fun experience when I played Legacy. My Death and Taxes I had spent years slowly building vs teenagers with deck prices in the thousands.

Though amusingly alot of those decks were built with cards I sold thru a store where I was friends with the owner.
