But wait, upon reading it more literally... It looks like you might not be limited to casting the exiled cards only during the moment they get revealed. That's not too bad then... If you can freely attack with him for even just a few turns, you could build up a pile of expensive and damaging sorceries to unleash at once for free. Possibly nevermind if I'm right about that, if so, I think he's awesome if you could manage to play him for a little cheaper on turn 4-ish in a B/R burn.

Hmm the dragon is pretty nice. As for the other card things could definately get interesting.

This could be a really annoying mechanic to go through, although it looks really effective/fun for red/blue.

Dragonlord will be nice for Limited, but its too slow for constructed.

I really like this card. My knowledge of cardpools is never encyclopedic enough to see the exploit for a new card right away, but I'm sure one exists for this.

Turn 2: Plains, level up twice (2), swing for 3.
Turn 3: Plains, Honor of the Pure, level up once (3), swing for 4.
Turn 4: Plains, level up 4 times, swing for 10.

True, but I'd rather do that than waste all the mana/turns to get the Dragonrider to max. In reality though, I'd likely leave it at level 2 since that's good enough there.

I really like Momentous Fall. Instant speed card draw and life gain for green. Oh noes, my creature is going to die, I'll sac it instead and get cards+life.

Momentous fall would have been insane if damage still used the stack. As is it's still pretty good with shit like sprouting thrinax (lol more jund cards).

I agree that Student of Warfare is probably the best level up card so far. My discontent is with the mechanic as a whole.

Well, you have 4mana up and they go to terminate something, you just got life gain, card draw, and you made them discard removal. Kinda nice

Momentous Fall is probably one of my favorite (and most useful) cards revealed thus far. Green needed more sweet instants. Khalni Hydra just got more fun.

I kinda' just blurted out the first 8/8+ that came to mind, but if you get a legendary Eldrazi out, and someone tries to exile it in whatever fashion... Momentous Fall gives you like 10 or so cards in your hand, 10 or so life gain, and puts your entire graveyard, including Momentous Fall back into your library.
