4 Bloodbraid Elf
4 Primeval Titan
2 Inferno Titan
2 Avenger of Zendikar
4 Khalni Heart Expedition
4 Rampant Growth
4 Cultivate
4 Summoning Trap
2 All Is Dust
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Evolving Wilds
2 Terramorphic Expanse
5 Forest
11 Mountain
4 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
SB
3 Pithing Needle
3 Back to Nature
3 Ricochet Trap
2 Obstinate Baloth
2 Combust
1 All Is Dust
1 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Hardcasting Trap gets a Titan or Avenger a good 75% of the time. The downside is BBE not doing anything and paying 6 for a 3/2 Haste is crap. I'm testing on cutting either BBE or Trap for SGC/Oracle. I still feel bolts are needed in the deck. since there have been way too many times a Bolt in hand has saved my ass, either on early removal or for squeezing out the last 3 for a win.
Until U/W/x players smarten up the only hard matchups are RDW and Destructive Force.
My version currently:
3 Primeval Titan
3 Siege-Gang Commander
3 Avenger of Zendikar
2 Oracle of Mul Daya
4 Khalni Heart Expedition
4 Rampant Growth
4 Cultivate
4 Forked Bolt *Kills utility creatures or 2 damage to a player.
4 Explore
4 Harrow
3 Terramorphic Expanse
6 Forest
12 Mountain
4 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
SB
4 Chain Reaction *anti-aggro/weenie I personally like it more than All is Dust as I can do it before laying down my Titan or Avenger.
4 Grazing Gladehart *I've never really liked these, but I include them because they sorta help against RDW...
2 Goblin Ruinblaster
2 Lavaball Trap *can never decide which of the 2 I like better.
3 Acidic Slime *Natrulize on a stick, a decent stick.
I find with the big guns, you never need more than 3 due to the huge deck thinning this version of the deck has. I will ALWAYS see a Titan in this setup unless I have terrible shuffle luck.
EDIT: Am I the only one that finds it cool a Pyromancer's Ascension deck got second at the French Nationals? Fuck Jace, Gideon, Titans, Vengevine, or any other chase mythic, grab a $125 deck and go kick some ass.
I would drop an Avenger for another Titan. Both rarely survive to the next turn but fetching either Valakuts or 6+ dmg beats a handful of 0/1-1/2s which either get Pulsed or DoJ
AIDs is best suited for clearing walkers and Sanctity. And I've had to cut Harrow because of Mana Leak. Gladehart/Baloth/Wurm are about the only good answers for RDW. And as much as I like Slime, paying 5 for a naturalizer 2/2 DT isn't fast enough. Back to Nature is 1G for everything at instant speed. Anything a 2/2 DT can do, an online Valakut can do better. Plus the deck already has enough dependence on GG that adding more kills on speed.
I dunno. I have to contend with 3-5 out of the top 10 for Oregon at events so I deal with a lot of T1 decks paired with T1 players![]()

Grabbed off 4chan.... so probably fake.. right?
Yes, it's fake. I mean, putting aside how dumb an idea adding another color would be, we know what the Scars expansion symbol looks like and that ain't it. Also, if they wanted to add a color to represent Eldrazi, why wouldn't they do it in the set named for them?
Disregarding entirely how broken that card is.
Sword of Body and Mind fills me with nostalgia though. I still have playsets of fire and ice and light and shadow.
Scrubbed out at Grand Prix: Columbus yesterday, ended up going 0-3 with Ichorid Dredge. Went 1-2 to the mirror first round, 1-2 to Zoo second, and 0-2 to CounterTop Thopter third. It was my first event that size, as I had just been going to random FNM's and prereleases, but I had a lot of fun and met some cool people, so all in all I think it was worth it.
I ended in the last 4 of every FNM I went except 1 where I finished 4th, but I still go even though my deck barely changes.
Having a blast with ppl is where it's all at.
Quote from a dude last FNM:
"I tap 4, cast day of judgement. Uncle Tom and all his cousins just abandonned you"
I was like Bahhahahahah xDDDDD
Before or after both of you had a Jace Beleren in play at the same time?
That wasn't yesterday and my above post wasn't during one of my games it was someone else's.
I deal with enough aggro that MDing 2 is fine.
Summoning Trap serves for auto topdecking and winmores.
Inferno was more of a testing as a SGC replacement when a rotates out. Decent, but SGC is back in.
Don't even know if I like Bloodbraid Elf. Mana Leak better?
Bloodbraid is way too good to pass up. The only bad thing it hits is bolt, which isn't that bad.
So you like the Elf version better than Destructive Force+Mana Leak version which just ends games?
We have playtested both, and the DF version is much better and has a better sideboard.
Edit -
This deck is much better, but the Frost Titan needs to be replaced (moron...)

That is a pretty interesting build, kind of tempted to play it if it weren't for the fact that primevil titans are expensive as fuck.
