Venegful archon, Angelic Arbiter, Archon of Redemption can all go.
Venegful archon, Angelic Arbiter, Archon of Redemption can all go.
Ok, and then how do I actually kill my opponent?
Ajani's ultimate, dropping an Iona, creatures in general. 7CC creatures are just too much imo, try to stick around 6 and under
New deck list
Spoiler: show
Toss this to the birds and play white weenie with Kor Firewalker/Honor the Pure main deck...
This deck could never, and I repeat NEVER, beat U/W control.
You know what beats U/W control? The same thing that beats Turbofog and Timesieve and any other obnoxious, boring, slow ass deck: Molly. Seriously if you're going to play control play something faster than fucking U/W, death by man-lands in a $700 deck on turn 20 is just being an obnoxious player, play something fun, or meet Molly, that's the policy we set up at the local shop here.
On topic, that deck needs a large amount of work, and he is totally right, WW would just be a cheaper and more efficient deck.
I'd love to road test you guys, just for shits and giggles.
See how shitty my deck is outside of eye balling it.
Stoneforge mystic cost 4 total. Quest costs 1.
I don't know how many times I said i'm not gonna get cards that would only help me for a month, so no path to exile or O-ring for me.
Wurmcoil Engine (6)
Artifact Creature-Wurm
deathtouch, lifelink
when [cardname] go to graveyard from play, put a 3/3 artifact wurm token with deathtouch, and(might be ‘or’, the pic isn’t very clear) a 3/3 artifact wurm token with lifelink into play.
6/6
God damn power creep.
Yeah, that thing is a limited MONSTER. It will take something ridiculous to top that card as the #1 Limited pick overall for the set.
Now control can get a little more aggro :3
Seriously, what? Even more what, why do I see this as potential fling (or put that card back in I mean..) in my red deck?
Sir, why would you want to fling a 6/6 Deathtouch/Lifelink instead of blocking an then gaining more card/board advantage?
You have much to learn young apprentice.
Yeah I would consider this for fling if it didn't have deathtouch and lifelink but those two abilities would make me want to keep it around. Instead I just fall back to the great Act of Treason/fling combo to dispatch my opponents larger creatures. (If I am playing my green/red deck)
6-colorless for a vanilla 6/6 is already somewhat pushing it, isn't it? I might be a little old, but I remember a general design rule that 1-colorless cost converts to roughly 1/1 until you hit costs of 6 and up-ish... and the fact that it's colorless and can fit in any deck a benefit on top of that. Or, is an artifact-creature's extra susceptibility a big liability now?
You making the assumption I would do it for anything other than 12 dmg for a killshot is hilarious. I don't have anything to learn. You need to stop thinking you're god, or bitch I will shoot you down from your pedestral. Fuck you're annoying.
You need to learn that Fling hasn't been viable in constructed in ....years, if not, EVER. Awful dude...
If you're talking limited...I guess you're assuming fling will be in scars or something? If so, I'm clueless to the reasoning.
Your closed mind never cease to amaze me. You're still assuming wrong by the way. Mark of Mutiny + fling never saved me, nope. THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE, I PLAY T2 AND I DO NOT USE THE SAME CARD EVERYBODY ELSE DOES, I DO IT WRONG LULZ LUZL LUZLLUZLULZLULZLULZ.
Just letting you know, if a card is not played by a billion players and their mother, THEY STILL HAVE AN UTILITY.
Is it me or does "an utility" not sound right? Anyways, fling isn't bad, but it's just outclassed. Fling requires way too much to be useful. If you are talkin about playin with your friends casually, then yeah sure. It's fine to make casual decks and not have to worry about competitive decks. But if you're playing for tourneys and stuff, some cards just aren't cut out for competitive play.
