Only the original staggershock would be exiled, as the other copies were not cast from your hand.
The correct answer for the golem question is 3,589,528 golems total if you target the precusor golem at the start, or 4,059,078 if you target one of the spawn golems. Cirus had the twin casted Rites math correct. The issue is that when you have more than one set on the field, things get VERY messy. The original Rite of Replication triggers the second ability ability of all six Precursor Golems, and each of those abilities resolves separately. The copies from the Precursor Golems go on the stack in Last in first our order. All 6 of them will resolve separately, and will create a ridiculous amount of new Precursor Golems and spawn Golems. ALL of the golems on the field are counted by each of the 6 copies of the rites of replications that are on the stack. In the end, you get the result of six generations of exponential growth, which yields an absurdly large number of Golems. The difference comes with either targeting a spawn golem initially, netting you 6 copies, or a Precursor Golem, netting you only 5 copies.
Math is fun!
