    Only the original staggershock would be exiled, as the other copies were not cast from your hand.

    The correct answer for the golem question is 3,589,528 golems total if you target the precusor golem at the start, or 4,059,078 if you target one of the spawn golems. Cirus had the twin casted Rites math correct. The issue is that when you have more than one set on the field, things get VERY messy. The original Rite of Replication triggers the second ability ability of all six Precursor Golems, and each of those abilities resolves separately. The copies from the Precursor Golems go on the stack in Last in first our order. All 6 of them will resolve separately, and will create a ridiculous amount of new Precursor Golems and spawn Golems. ALL of the golems on the field are counted by each of the 6 copies of the rites of replications that are on the stack. In the end, you get the result of six generations of exponential growth, which yields an absurdly large number of Golems. The difference comes with either targeting a spawn golem initially, netting you 6 copies, or a Precursor Golem, netting you only 5 copies.

    Math is fun!

    Nice, also thought that was an option. Not too up on how everything happens exactly and knew I didn't have the time to make sure I had the exponential orderings right.

    What's that card that nullifies all combat damage and gives you life equal to the number of creatures on the field?

    Now I want those cards just so someday I can play that combo and say that I have 3 million 3/3 creatures on the field.

    The irony being if you ever pulled it off on magic online you would lose.

    Or Warp World in an Ally deck.

    Genisis Wave would work too.

    For true hilarity, kick a rite of replication on a Precursor Golem, and then Twincast it.

    Can anyone tell me how many Golems you would end up with once the stack finally clears?
    43

    I was going to point out he was being clever until I realized he said 43 and not 42.

    Alright I lied, so twincast resolve putting 5 precursors, which puts in 10 more dudes, then you let the original resolve and it targets all them and you get more dudes, right right muh b

    I'd be a Judge if I cared. I know the rules well enough, and am the event judge at the FNM I go to usually.

    If there was a level 2 judge in my area, I'd be a level 1 by now

    There's so much bullshit required for it, they basically get free labor out of you before you can even take the test lol

    Quick question, is there a priority change between big Jace draw and discard? Like can I runeflare trap after he draw before he discards?

    Do you mean the Brainstorm ability on Jace 2.0? If so, then no. Once the ability resolves, he'll draw then put 2 back before anything else can be done.

    I played some random mono black deck at Gameday since I didn't really have time to find my Ornithopters and such for the WW deck. Went 0-2 drop losing in 3 to UB Control first round then losing in 2 round 2 to Elves. That deck is pretty damn fast. Got my Memnite though which is all I cared about.

    I'm going to play either Big Zoo or Bant Aggro-Control for Legacy Sunday. Figured I would take a break (again) from Survival since everyone is expecting me to play that. Plus I think Zoo has a good chance to catch people off guard right now.

    So next friday I have this weird thing... It's like pauper but we're allowed 4 uncommons. I was thinking about modifying my SoM game day deck to fit the requirements but I fear it lacks power now..
    What do you guys think of this?

    // Lands
    14 [10E] Forest
    4 [ZEN] Teetering Peaks
    6 [ZEN] Mountain

    // Creatures
    4 [SOM] Cystbearer (used to be 2 and 2 putrefax)
    4 [SOM] Ichorclaw Myr
    4 [SOM] Blight Mamba
    2 [SOM] Corpse Cur (used to be 4 necropede)

    // Spells
    4 [M11] Giant Growth
    3 [SOM] Contagion Clasp
    4 [WWK] Groundswell
    4 [ZEN] Vines of Vastwood
    4 [M11] Lightning Bolt (used to be primal below)
    3 [ZEN] Assault Strobe

    // Sideboard
    SB: 4 [SOM] Tel-Jilad Fallen
    SB: 6 [ZEN] Mountain --------------------------- Ran out of ideas for sideboard lol.
    SB: 5 [M11] Forest

    Lightning bolt is to remove any weenie they put so I can go right at them.

    It's called Peasant magic. My favorite deck for that kind of magic is burn, just put together all the 3 damage for 1 spells and something like pyrostatic pillar for your uncommons.
