Halp, Catalyst 9.5 drivers are making my XI run like complete shit!

Does anyone know a good driver version to use? My system was hanging for a few seconds on boot up with my dual monitors and I was told that updating my graphics drivers might fix it; which it did but now my XI FPS has dropped from 30 in nearly all areas to 15-20 in nearly all areas. HALP!

EDIT: Derp, rolled back to 9.1 which I'm pretty sure was the last version I was using. Hopefully it's alright now.

I contacted SE for the same issue when WotG came out and made my frame rates drop at any settings. Their answer was that they don't support those drivers for ATI cards, and all they do support is the 5.13 drivers from April of 2005. That increased my frame rates, but I still haven't been at 25+ FPS outside my Mog House since. Usually I'm getting 5-12 FPS.

i used 9.4 and 9.5 (in vista no less) and they were running fine, no driver level tweaks though, I did do a few other tweaks like turning off indexing, disabling superfetch and so on.

try a ccleaner and follow up with drivercleaner and try reinstalling

Game running like a top again with 9.1; framerate is great and no more shimmering textures in the distance.

Serves me right for trying to update haha
