We've had lots of threads about crazy minorities though. Black chick calls 911 over lack of chicken nuggets. Black guy or maybe Mexian eats his own eyeball and kills entire family. Etc.

They do, its just one gigantic lan party. Though during my stay I was quite surprised to find they have a robust sneaker net. I couldn't walk 2 blocks without finding some floppy or flash drive taped to the underside of a bench/dumpster/etc.
