I dunno, mine feels pretty solid. Time will tell I guess.

A lot of people were complaining on BF3 forums that they were going through them pretty quickly at higher level air combat, but these are mostly ranked people.

Thrustmaster T16000 is the best you can get without overspending. Phenomenal stick. Like I said, you probably won't use the throttle controls, most people use stick+shift/wasd. Pedals and a separate throttle are pretty pointless.

FAMAS is damn good. Rate of fire makes it like an instant kill most of the time.

When Jingles and I were playing someone had the nerve to say the FAMAS sucked. Fuck that. The FAMAS fucking owns. It's officially my gun of choice until I unlock the L85.

The game is still buggy, frequently have to leave games because I've reverted to level 1.

So I've never played Recon but I want to give it a try. My question is when aiming with a scope, how do I know where exactly to aim relative to the distance to the target? Is there a better way than just firing a test shot then adjusting my aim accordingly? This works okay when the target is stationary but I can't hit a moving target to save my life.

You get a feel for it after a while. On the ballistic scope, there's lines under the crosshair to help you with distance aiming ... fire a test shot and see where it lands relative to those lines; then you can use that line as your aiming centerpoint. Make sense? Another thing you can do is avoid using a suppressor, as I'm pretty sure that slows your shot down and increases bullet drop over distance. Someone correct me if that's wrong..

I want to say 300m on the ballistic scope is the 1st longer line down or the 2nd line. And for the 7x scope it's the 3rd triangle down.
