the tanks, the choppers, the auto shotty 12 frags, the c4 after dying, the MAV elevators (still do) the MAV road kills all did need fixes though, people who complained about those were not "zero skilled" players and where I come from if you call people out for having zero fucking skill you better at least be decent or you got no fucking business talking shit. you didn't see me bring up other peoples skill it was kuro that did and I wasn't rubbing my stats in other peoples faces I was asked specifically for them so i posted a link.

if you want to play for fun then play for fun i don't care and obviously you don't care but don't try to tell people they have zero skill. most of the people who complained about the shit above have a lot more fucking skill than kuro, they care about the game and want the game to have a long life cycle, the problems i have with the patch were really never complained about by people which is why I have no idea why they put them in the patch.. he's trying to flip it and play the victim card here like i'm being a tough guy he's the one who called out a huge group of people for having zero skill.

and when every match ends up in a spawn camp fest.. i usually have to tell my friends to back off and don't kill anyone for a few seconds so they get a flag so its not boring as fuck... but then some matches end up with 6 snipers in the spawn of metro no matter how many flags they have that also ruin it

i've had matches where i go 12-0 and the match ends just because the other team couldn't get out of their spawn the entire time.. that shit gets really boring after a while so 1000 tickets is def. too much on consoles

Played a bunch of games yesterday for the first time in 3+ months. New suppression effect sucks (was expected), tanks actually die on maps like Peak now (I still remember a friend going 50+-0 a few times on that map), and CQB bolt-action sniper rifle chest one-shot kills are amazing. Oh, and removing the accuracy penalty for firing too soon after ADS on sniper rifles is amazing too. Never really used the MAV for ramming (outside of a few times on friends) nor the MAV elevator (camping as a Recon is ZZZZZZZ) so can't say I care too much about them being removed.

I sorta see 1k ticket as rolling the dice. You either join a game where it's even and it ends up being a lot of fun for a prolonged time, or you join a game where one side is completely curb stomping the other which isn't fun. That combined with me still randomly crashing tends to make me avoid 1000 tickets servers :<

Haven't played yet with more tickets yet. Wish I had when I spawned on a game with enemy team camping the spawn on Firestorm (Conquest). I hauled to a tank (couldn't get the chopper because they had both) and was immediately gunned down. Was able to jump out to another tank before the first one blew and my team was smart enough to set up the Slo-Flam for chopper spotting. Two dead choppers later we advanced to first objective and game ended. Hate it when you get to turn the battle to your favor at the last second and it ends.

Second map was metro and the suppression was HEAVY there. The bad thing is that it causes people to bunch up a lot now instead of spreading the team around a bit to reduce the suppression effect a bit. I noticed it after someone would chuck a grenade towards us, they'd get 4 or 5 kills at once and suddenly we'd get overrun. Needs to be said that all these updates are changing the scope of the game a bit, which means people need to adapt to the changes and learn better tactics. Sniper kills are lovely now as you can finally get a good kill in without worrying about a half dead enemy launching an RPG down the way to kill you and you can't see them. It would be funny if you could shoot a rocket out of the air

I feel most of the nerfs were unwarranted as well.. MBT nerf was stupid. Stinger nerf was stupid. Accessory nerf was stupid. I dont even feel the kids with shotguns or MAV elevators really needed a nerf that badly.. Most of them were entirely useless outside of TDM (which is just spawn rape anyway).

Have you read the BF3 forums? The amount of stupidity found over there is incredible... so yeah, I tend to agree with Kuro. Most of the people calling for nerfs probably weren't very good to begin with lol

What I wanna know is who has experienced it across all platforms and which is the best? I have a buddy that has PS3 and PC versions and swears the PS3 version is better (no lag and hackers is his excuse) while some people in my buddies clan say the PC version is better because you get put in matches with far more numbers and it makes for a more exciting experience. Any thoughts?

I have not played on PS3 or XBOX, but I have never seen any hackers in BF3 so that's not even a point to bring up as a low point on PC.

The stinger nerf and heli buff are fucking retarded. Why the fuck is it so inconceivable that a stinger locking on with soflam can take out a helicopter? And why can flares disrupt that shit?

It's stupid that I can't take out this helicopter right now using a soflam + stinger.

So I don't think a stinger can lock onto a laser painted target.

Now if a javelin misses because of flares that's BS but it doesn't. I have shot plenty of laser guided missiles/shells at heli's and they always hit.

He also doesn't really use ECM correctly its used before lock-on while being targeted NOT after the missiles are in the air.

Also got kicked or banned (didn't have battlelog open when it happened) from a server, probably because I was raping their admins too hard with the AA. Mad cause bad etc.
