Here's a new Battlefield 3 video giving you a flythrough of the earthquake-struck streets of the new map 'Epicenter'.

Epicenter is a new map included in the upcoming Aftermath DLC update. Set in "the shattered districts, streets and cities of post-earthquake Iran", Aftermath will introduce new weapons, vehicles and multiplayer game modes.

Priced at $14.99, Aftermath will be released for PS3 Battlefield Premium members on November 27. Xbox 360 and PC Premium subscribers will get access on December 4, all other PS3 players on December 11, and everyone else on December 18.

Oh god this is so true. It's what forced me to go to certain clan servers with good admins (even though 12 clan members against a pack of level 20's or so is kinda terribad).

I spawned in to a game in the canals CQ United States side to find the game well balanced but all the objectives were captured. No problem, I thought. I can turn this around. The rules as soon as I came in were "No Base Camping, No SloFlam". Ok, not that big of a deal. At least I know i'll get out of the spawn area ok. Well a Little Bird spawns and I grab it because I like to rip shit with that. As soon as I jump in the pilot seat, I get targeted by SloFlam. No prob fly up and sure enough, there's a Z-11 spawn raping everyone who spawned on the ship (this pilot was pretty damn impressive). ECM jam the Javelins flying at me and shoot the Z-11 down and get a multi-kill (4 people on board). They were SloFlaming with 2 people on board using Javs and I guess one unlucky bastard spawned in on them and died when I took them down. Two clear violations of the rules of the admin in this game. So I turn the Little Bird towards the game and get banned.

Contacted the admin because, you know, why did I get banned while four people were clearly violating the rules? Turns out the admin was flying the chopper and banned me because apparently I glitched the chopper so I couldn't get hit with javs, another violation of his rules. When I said I ECM jammed them, he merely said "Javs punch through ECM jammers, that's why we were using them." So I asked why he was violating his own rules with base camping and SloFlam and he said "My server my rules. Do as I say not as I do. If you want to come back, i'll unban you."

Conquest on new maps, hope you like M15 mines, cause they're fucking everywhere. US on monolith is awful. Some support + engi were putting down so many mines and C4 on the tank..

I did however find that you can get on top of the large buildings for that map, and spent time shooting their C4 and M15 mines.

Fucking annoying. Crossbow is OK, not sure it beats other equipment for some classes. I feel naked without my MAV/soflam, would've been cool if the scan bolt also designated a target for say 15 seconds if you landed a bolt on that vehicle.

Got BF3 for my PC, fucking loving it atm. However, I cannot figure out how to give the ingame voice commands. I remember seeing it in a few videos, it opens up a sort of oval menu and you choose what you want to say, such as "thanks"

Operation Riverside

Distinguishing features: This fall themed map houses an electric power substation at its center, with a small river flowing along its axis. The layout of the bases in Operation Riverside caters somewhat towards infantry action rather than all-out vehicle warfare. It’s generally speaking an infantry-friendly landscape where soldiers can go by foot between the bases, while ground vehicles need to take more roundabout roads to traverse the environment.

Across the river giving this map its name, players can find a spectacular jump in the form of a partly destroyed wooden bridge. A lot of other ramps have been carefully placed in the environment on Operation Riverside to make sure that the map is full of exciting options for riders of the new dirt bike.

Distinguishing features: In this arid desert dotted with gigantic wind generators lies a seemingly non-distinguishing warehouse. But behind its unassuming exterior hides a secret weapons and munitions depot, leading to a clash in the area. The relative openness of the desert setting allows for full freedom of movement for the entire range of vehicles at disposal in Battlefield 3 multiplayer. The low amount of natural cover available also demands quick transportation between capture points, as players are otherwise open to attack.

Kiasar Railroad

Distinguishing features: This picturesque summer logging industry setting sees a strategic railway stretch across the map – with covert weapons deliveries being its main purpose. The many height changes in this undulating landscape can be used to your advantage – There’s plenty of opportunity to hide from the enemy and use cover as you approach your targets.

While this map also has ample opportunity for dirt bike riders to catch big air, the jumps on Kiasar Railroad are typically more carefully molded into the landscape itself, or not as obvious.

Sabalan Pipeline

Distinguishing features: Ever since we demoed the Alborz Mountain map at GamesCom 2012 and saw the amazing fan reactions, we’ve known that snow is one of the most stunning settings we can provide in Battlefield 3. Sabalan Pipeline is no different. The oil pipeline traversing this frosty winter landscape has immense economic value and is a highly contested battlefield.

Similar to Operation Riverside, Sabalan Pipeline was built to cater for a mix of vehicle and infantry gameplay. Compared to the other three maps in End Game, Sabalan Pipeline has fewer and narrower roads that are important to control if you want to dominate the opposition. At the center of this map lies a central base that is also an essential asset, as it allows you extended control over the road leading to and from your main bases. This is equally important whether playing the signature Battlefield Conquest mode or our take on Capture the Flag that we are introducing in End Game.

If youre gonna play it for a while yea. the maps are all pretty solid, but I havent played this since BL2 came out.

Endgame is now out for PS3 premium. D/L'ed it last night but won't get to play it until tonight.
