Feels just like every other BF, but prettier.

I am hoping the weapon handling feels more like bf2 and not bad company 2, bad company 2 had some guns that just felt odd or wrong when aiming them, not sure how to put it.

Lots of us experiencing screen glitching. I suspect that it has something to do with the Origin client (orange tint).

Also, this game absolutely rapes face...

This is a widely announced problem on all GPUs/platforms, including consoles. If they don't notice the orange/green flashes and tears, they aren't paying attention. Happens to everybody.

Ok so I'm going to be honest here. Never played a Battlefield game growing up. Parents weren't too keen on the games based on actual warfare, and by the time I was able to make my own decisions on the matter I was interested in RPGs and the like, so never really picked one up. After watching that video am really excited for it and I do enjoy a good FPS, so looking forward to tomorrow. So prepare to be newbified. My screenname will be Kuishen if it hasn't been taken.

Battlefield games aren't your typical FPS. They have control quirks that are all their own, and in general, DICE doesn't know how to code a control setup interface to save their lives. In spite of that, Battlefield games have been my favorite FPS's all the way since 1942 (except 2142, just couldn't get into the future vibe). Great games ... you're gonna love BF3.

I loved 2142. Played the shit out of that game with a group of 3-4 friends.

I loved 2142 mainly because of the walkers. Went all rape mode once I got in one, when I wasn't getting emp bombed constantly. 2142 in Frostbite 2 would be glorious.
