Classic conquest is when you destroy their base of ops and their tickets bleed immediately, or one side has a base and the other has to hold points; if they don't hold them and lose them all, they lose immediately (when the last person is dead in both cases of course).

Got my joystick working. Flying with it is going to take some getting used to.

In addition, you used to be able to plant C4 on the MAV and turn it into a mini jihad drone but DICE patched that out, lol.

Honestly, this game needed more time in the oven. A lot if shit is just broken. They rushed it out to try and compete with MW3 which is fine, but damn.

Game is fine to me, loving it. Just wish they used a different code than BFBC2 so there weren't as many hackers already.

Well, apparently the newest thing people are asking to nerf is the IRNV. Campers errywhere mad that they can't camp in a bush all day and kill people.

I don't mean in terms of balance, i mean sometimes shit just plain old doesn't work. I couldn't spawn into a game yesterday, even though the countdown was over, it said deploy. We were'nt out of tickets, it was the middle of the game, I couldn't spawn on my squad nor random spawn. I tried dicking around in my loadout for a sec, then tried to spawn again it just wouldnt. It kept making the sound acknowledging that I hit the "A" button when trying to spawn, but wasn't letting me in, had to quit the game, and join another.

Dont get me wrong, i love this freakin game. But somethings need to be fine tuned.

IRNV is pretty beast in vehicles. But I don't think it needs a nerf.

Yeah, no doubt it's beast. I use it on my KH2002 because it's godly for spotting people that are really far away, enabling me to switch to 1 shot mode and accurately gun them down even with an assault rifle at long ranges. But for mid/close range? I'd go with a halo due to the faster scope in time and less weapon sway.

edit: I'd have to say what really needs fixing is the conquest CPs in Metro. Fuck that shit. RPG city.

I just got off of a conquest server where there were like 300 medics and supports running around and nobody dropping ammo or meds. The COD players have arrived.

The purpose of the thermal scope is to catch hiding idiots. If you keep getting killed by one, shine a light or laser at it (which scrambles the camera) or use teamwork.

Same thing I said about stingers. Haven't even been killed that much by them. If everyone's using an IR scope, then I'll use one too. Even playing field.

These people that are complaining are going to continue to find shit to complain about. Stingers, IR scopes, next thing you know it'll be that Engineers carry too many RPGs and support shouldn't regen explosive ammo.
