Se security account

Ok ive got my main with security token added to my security account fine, i goto add my mule both are na accounts, it adds perfectly so i goto log it in and it says invalid password.

I had tried to use my orginal pol password at this point which should have worked as i never changed the settings to use the security account, so i close pol viewver and change the settings to use the security account and also saved my pol password but now it still wont let me log in using either password.

Has anyone come across this problem ? can i remove my second account from the security account ?

You should most likely run because there are like 1200 posts and stickies... but

First password is your pol VIEWER password, not account password. Second screen is your SE Account password and your security token number.

Maybe i didn't explain properly but i know this i did it on my main accoutn first no problem at all its just when i added my mule the problem started and with the mule only, if i had keyed in the password inncorect when i registering it on the website, could this be the problem ?

You can't link the POL ID to the SE ID at all if the password isn't correct when you do it. This prevents people from linking your ID to their account if they just know your ID, such as you loaning it out in the past but having changed the password since.

Are you trying to log into both accounts at the same minute?

You cannot unlink a POL ID from an SE ID once it is linked. They warn you that the process is permanent when you are on the page to do it. Now that you've linked the ID, it always has to use the SE ID login and the security token.

If you fail the login process on an ID several times, it locks the ability to log into the account for a little while.
