I think it's longer than that. I am having problems though, everytime it gets like 20MB downloaded it gives me an error and says connection was lost. Then restarts completely, once I tell it too. It has happened 4 times now, so I don't think I'll be playing unless someone else hosts the patch.

Is the patch going faster for anyone else it crashed on me a few mins ago and now it's going by much quicker around 15% atm

Doesn't really seem stable on Windows 7 for some reason. Keep having to restart the patch, at least now it's not starting over from 0%, currently have 9.5% of the patch, and been trying to dl it all day.

Everyone is having the same issues. Why do companys not have patches uploaded to mirrors to make this less painful?

If it get stuck, close the program and restart it. What you've patched already will stay, and you could get lucky and download a ton of it before it goes all pear shaped.

Are you all FilePlanet subscribers or did you pre-order the game? It doesn't look like a truly open beta, it's only open to fileplanet subscribers apparently.

There is no method on page one, but yeah, not a real open beta, it's just access for the people who pre-ordered or are fileplanet subscribers. Lame.

I'll just use the beta account I have been using.

I just started patching and good god, I can get through 2MBs before I have to restart the patcher.
