If you wouldn't mind uploading a video or two that would be quite nice, I couldn't really care less if it took you 20 mins or 25 I think all that matters is that you can do it reliably, and I would like to learn how to do that.

it's 5 seconds until recast is up, though personally i use 8 not 5.. you just want to be able to immediately bind again after nuking
