Do you smoke?
can BG medical be banned from general, or given a sticky somewhere else where i don't have to look at it.
the same with BG livejournal.
just give both their own place, away from here.
At this rate of complaining, General Discussion might as well become the 'Breaking News' section.
not a smoker outside of a hookah once every few weeks, claritin has helped
Allergies was the culprit it seems.
allergies are funny, because as your body chemistry evolves over the years, what you are/aren't allergic to changes. get an allergy test from your doc.
Like I said I have never had much in the way of allergies before, and haven't moved or anything so it seemed odd.
I have had minor seasonal allergies my whole life but they were never anything bad. Just this year they have exploded to the point that I have to take an allergy pill every morning when I wake up so I don't drown in snot during the day.
Diam is right your body changes and adjusts and shifts what it is allergic to constantly and one moment you will be find and the next you will be allergic to grass or dander or something else.
Why come ask for advice/opinions if you're just going to disagree.
I didn't? I tried the claritin and it has helped, leading me to believe it is in fact allergies. I was merely explaining my initial reasoning.
For a little science-
The effects of "a hangover" can almost always be traced back to one very simple cause: Dehydration. Even when alcohol is involved, your body spends so much of its natural fluids to dilute and process the alcohol content of your drink(s) that there isn't any left to maintain natural processes in a comfortable running state. If everyone drank equal parts water with their alcohol they probably wouldn't ever get a hangover.
Since your case was allergies, it's the same thing; allergic reactions tend to cause you to lose large quantities of fluids either via dried out sinuses and/or expectorants (your continual need to hock loogies and such). Drink plenty of water, even if you're on meds (as meds sometimes still draw extra fluids from you in an effort to flush the bad stuff out of your system), and you'll be fine.
