I was wondering if "Mystery boxes" would effect the amount of nations losing control to their home fields because others come to get the bonus. This week Windurst had the boxes. It might also be because Bastok has been kicking butt lately as well.

Chime up if you noticed the Mystery Box nations losing their home field more often lately pls.

Aw figures it was likely before I started playing or when I was so new that I didn't even know what an Outpost was. I'm from Sandy but it was pretty cool getting Saruta's Outpost with my Bastokan mule today ;D. It is odd seeing so many Bastokan endgamers running around in Windy and in its fields too.

windurst got gustaberg more than a few times on remora, i saw at least 3x and i play 3-4 months/year max.

i had all outposts when i was sandorian then i changed to windurst and lost all (before update) and got them all back, this happens few times a year for each nation i think.

Only costs 200-300k to take over a newbie zone. Can just have a bunch of people chip in.
Trade something cheap on AH that sells high to NPC. E.g. NQ Ice Staves

Just be sure to trade just before conquest.

I also saw a LS mate smn burn a newbie zone down though it was at the middle of the week so it didn't pan out. 5 people @30k+ exp each does wonders to the balance.

When i played FFXI when it first launched in USA I had all the warp points for Bastok on Bahamut. So it did happen on Bahamut, but it was awhile ago.
