Apparently July 4th means "No new TV shows this week" as despite it being a Saturday Burn Notice didn't show on Thursday and True Blood/Hung didn't show on Sunday.

Another kick ass episode.... this show never fails for me. I havent been this excited and looking forward to a new episode since season one of Heroes.

The Eric and Lafayette interaction was quite awesome. Pretty damned hiliarous to see Lafeyette pretty much humping anything in sight after a nice batch of Eric-brand vampire blood. Also shows that Eric is a master manipulator with using Lafeyette as leverage in his quest to understand Sookie. And the bellboy with Sookie's ability at the end. Love a good cliffhanger.

It's gotta be next episode or the one after... I thought something was gonna finally happen at the end of this episode. Everything about the episode was fantastic: Lafaette (sp) and Eric were hysterical, I was laughing so hard when Lafaette was all around humping everything in sight after drinking Eric's blood. While I think everything about Jason & the Church of the Sun is gonna be crashing down after he hooks up w/Sarah, I do kinda wonder how it would play out if nothing happens and he gets rehabilitated successfully.

And so wtf is up w/the new waitress (forgot name)... does she not know about the scar marks or something, because that's odd how easily she just showed it off to Sam (figured she would be trying to hide it). And does Maryann (sp) feed on ppl having group orgy / sex or something... cause that's what im starting to think.

Arrgfhghgh I only caught a couple minutes of this week's episode so far and it was all the preacher's wife shakin her ass.. I stopped on the channel cuz I thought it was sum Skinamax.. then saw Jason and I was like SHIT!

And no the new waitress is one of those claw creatures whatever they end up being (werewolf?).. they showed her back when she went skinny-dipping with Sam, had healed-over scratch marks that looked like the ones Sookie got.

Finally got to watch the whole ep last night.. my favorite episode so far this season by far. Lafayette actin' like a puppy on Viagra was fuckin' hilarious.

I'm really startin' to hate the angle they're doing with Jason tho. It's so predictable.. he's getting advanced because he's controllable (dumber than a rock & wants to bang the bosses woman, and they now it) and he's gonna end up being charged with assassinating Godric.

I would agree to an extent, but it's "really" hard to predict where they are going w/ this. If you read the books, they follow the same premise but so much is changed. And Godric is in the books but, from what I'm picturing, in an entirely different way (I may be wrong, next episode should hint whether they going the same direction w/Godric). Think Jason is just dumb as fuck (lol) and pretty much gets played by everybody...

Either way, excited to see the entire cast next saturday at comic con :3 If able to take pictures I will post afterwards

yesterday's episode sucked imo. I was really looking forward to it because Sookie / Bill's interactions w/ Stan, in the book, was awesome & how it all played out. Stan was completely different in the TV show, and way more lame. Next episode starts the really good parts it looks like, and I'm I'm sure it will deliver again.

Is anybody else getting kinda annoying w/ the Maryaan and Tara stuff? So like... Tara just "thinks" it's ok to allow 3 ppl to live in Sookie's house, so she invites them to live w/her and is all like "I'll just let Sookie know." Seriously, wtf... idk how manipulated you are, but I think Tara is dumber then Jason in the TV show haha

I'm thinking it has to have something to do with Maryanne, either directly being her since Tara would be moving in with Sookie, who she attacked, or is a servant of hers. Would be too random to just add in a whole new dimension while everyone's still wondering what the fuck the deal is with Eggs and Mary. lol

In the books they mention Godric looks like a teenager, like 17-19, and kind of a slight guy, which is how the casting looks, but Godric in the books is named Godfrey and as far as I can remember, he wasn't Eric's maker in the books.. but I can't even remember if Eric ever mentions who his maker is/was.
