No, I agree with that. I just loved the gameplay of both those games. Only issue with them is the ghetto controls.
Is anyone else unable to connect to PSN? Been trying to watch netflix and download demos for the past two days and can't connect at all to the thing. Didn't want to make a new thread to ask so figured id post here.
From the PS blog
While we are investigating the cause of the Network outage, we wanted to alert you that it may be a full day or two before we’re able to get the service completely back up and running. Thank you very much for your patience while we work to resolve this matter. Please stay tuned to this space for more details, and we’ll update you again as soon as we can.

Breath of Fire 4 is set to heat up PSN in August
Fans of the PS1 classic Breath of Fire 4 can breathe a sigh of relief, or fire, or fiery relief, or reliefery fire, or... never mind. Breath of Fire 4 is scheduled to launch August 16 on PSN in the United States, according to a forum post from Capcom Senior VP Christian Svensson. Svensson also revealed that Breath of Fire PSN avatars will be available for purchase on launch day, "to celebrate," probably because fireworks would be too predictable.
That's damn nice.
I've still got the disc version, but anyone that hasn't ever played it should grab that up.
Nice! One of the only games I could get my wife into playing was sam and max
Just a heads up, Chrono Trigger hits PSN this tuesday.

In my top 5 games most replayed :D
And zero response as to whether or not the PS3 will had the emulation disc read speed set to high to alleviate the load times that plagued that particular release. Did the PSX release add anything to the game besides the FMVs?
I don't know why the PS3 has no manual option to set that also. The PS2 could (as well as a texture blending mode), and so can the PSP. Currently more interested in Chrono Cross which should be coming out within a month also.
That's the one I've been waiting for (Chrono Cross). Never played it, but have wanted to ever since the first time I picked up Trigger
Not sure if this deserves its own thread, but Sony seems to be releasing PS2 games on the PSN soon.

Chrono Trigger in PSN!!!!
http://www.neoseeker.com/news/17722-...s-for-ps3-psp/While we're waiting for Capcom to announce a new Darkstalkers, PS3 and PSP users can soon get acquianted with the very first title that kicked off the series. A rating from the ESRB reveals Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors is heading to the PlayStation Network as a PSone Classic.
For those not familiar with The Night Warriors, gameplay was based on that of Street Fighter II with the addition of features like air blocking and chain combos. There are ten playable characters plus two non-playable boss characters featured in single-player mode.

Of all the Darkstalkers games to pick, Capcom had to pick the first, worst and most obscure entry of the series, it's not terrible but it's nothing special compared to the later installments. Should of just went with Darkstalkers 3 if Capcom really wanted to see numbers or the PS2 Compilation if they really want to to be awesome...![]()
