They always seem to want one fighting game on IGC at all times, so Soul Calibur probably getting the boot off it already. Just a shame it's the most common slot to get cycled around. At least Sleeping Dogs is worth a shit, even if we're getting it a couple months later than Europe. Will be enjoying that.

Also this. Already own BBCSE on both PS3/Vita (this release will be Vita I assume since PS3 copy has no PSN release), so my opinion may be a tad biased.

I'm happy for once, finally a fighting game I been wanting to play for the longest. Been interested in BB for so long, but just never got around to playing any, so looking forward to this as it'll be my first BB game.

Hope you have a decent sized memory card on your Vita, because it's a 3.4gb download. Story mode on BBCSE comes with a condensed version of the main events from the first BB, so if you're into that kinda thing, CSE will get you all up to speed for whenever CP comes out.

Just wish the load times were better, takes twice as long as my PS3 (when installed) to get into a match.

I still don't have a Vita yet, though not like there's many games on it for me to get one right away. I still plan to get one during the summer regardless. Besides Soul Sacrifice, Gravity Rush, Disgaea 3 and Ragnarok Odyssey, I can't really think of any other games I'd play on it besides those, pretty sure I missed maybe 1-3, but I'm too tired to think of them atm.

there should still be a demo up on PSN. biggest issue with the game was enemy pop-in but it was worse on the demo than the real game and didn't end up being too bad

The original Fatal Frame 2 is headed to the PlayStation Network as a PlayStation 2 Classic on Tuesday, Tecmo Koei have announced. Series director Makoto Shibata made the announcement on the PS Blog, along with a few words on the game’s development.

“The storyline is based on a dream I had after the initial project concluded,” Shibata says. “Thinking back about it, I recall it being a complete dream in many ways. The dream was scary, magical and traumatic, and it had a perfect plot — even with a title and a structured ending. Thus, it was simply a case of how to interpret the dream and recreate it as a game.”

Fatal Frame 2 was also recently remade for the Wii as Project Zero: Wii Edition. Nintendo of Europe published the game in English.

Four button fighter, and Vita has a great d-pad. Plays as you expect. Only issue is the god damn load times. Did most of my Abyss-mode item farming on PS3 because I couldn't stand waiting 12-14 seconds between matches, when the matches themselves last that long.

In case you were still wondering if EU Playstation Plus subscribers got the better content, this ought to change your mind. Starting on May 29th, European plus subscribers will be able to download Kingdoms of Amalur, Demon Souls, and ICO and Shadow of the Colossus HD Collection for free. North American Plus subscribers didn’t get much this month, the major highlight being Sleeping Dogs, but EU Subscribers got the game months ago.
