Any word on Faery: Legends of Avalon and how it is? I downloaded the demo and it seems....ok. Classic turn-based RPG with, what seems like, a good bit of customization with how you level up. 15 bucks is too much for me to go out on the limb and buy it, so I was curious if any of you took the plunge.

I played the demo and I thought it was awful, it's been out for a few months on xbox so maybe you could check to see if that verison got reviewed somewhere

I played through the faery demo too. I think its okay for 15. Not sure how deep it is, and the combat wasn't the greatest. I just like the dialogues

Well, this looks like the place to ask:

Is there a way to get PS One classics that are available in the US on a EU PSP? Basically I've noticed some games available on the US website that look pretty good, but it prompts me to open via Media Go when I try to download. Once Media Go is open it then cannot find the game. I've heard that this is because of legal issues with ownerhship of the game/elements of the game being disputed in Europe - or something along those lines.

All I want to do is play Crash Bandicoot 2.. 1 and 3 just aren't cutting it for me!

Not sure what you could do in that situation Atlasion, hope someone else does though.

Anyways, PSN sale is up. I ended up blowing the rest of my wallet from xmas on Comet Crash, Tumble, Swords & Soldiers, and Space Invaders. Was tempted to get Costume Quest & Deathspank also, but will wait for a future sale.

I'm holdin' out for a Deathspank bundle as I've yet to play the first one. Costume Quest......I'm not too certain on. Perhaps if it was $5? Dunno. Seen videos, watched gameplay. It's cute and has charm, but has a lot of that "My first RPG" feel to it which I find is a turnoff.

Honestly more interested in Stacking, which is out next month I believe.

Out of these 11 games, which has the most "Get more time out of it for your dollar"? Deathspank seems like it could, says it has 150 quests or so, but haven't played the other one (if there is one?) 2-3 suggestions would be great.

Deathspank is great, it's probably about 10 hours long. There is a lot to do, it is the second game in the series but the stories aren't THAT related. Costume Quest is quite short, only about 3-4 hours long, and I don't think there's much reason to replay but the gameplay is pretty decent.

I actually had a lot of fun with the demo for Comet Crash, it's an interesting take on the tower defense formula which is good for people like me who like to take a more active role.

Double Fine's Stacking will be free for PS+ subscribers only on its day of release next Tuesday. Awesome news for me as I was planning to buy it. That should break me even on PS+ goodies after only three months.

Between Stacking, and the Sam & Max bundle for free, Playstation + has paid for itself. The rest of this shit is just gravy from here on out.

Is usually anywhere from 6pm-10pm EST I find.

Had the one late update that ended up being early morning of the next day in my timezone. ;/

[EDIT] Fuck they're slow tonight. Update is out finally.

Been playing Stacking for a bit now, and it's really good. Nice to have something alittle off the beaten path to play.

Just bought it myself. Excited to check it out. I hope that it is at least somewhat replayable and not as short as Limbo was.

It has some collectable elements, along with multiple means of completing each challenge, which I've been going at as some of the means are quite clever.

I am quite enjoying the game.

Yeah I've been having fun with it. Can't figure out how to get the last unique doll in starting area though. Its the little one near the ticket window that says the line is a mess. I tried using the union rep guy but to no avail. I was checkin out trophies and saw there are no gold
