    we use a very specific dough mix, but its basically flour and the other gay shit + water.

    Assuming you know how to make dough though, you just make a 9.5-10 oz dough ball. We place them on iron(?) trays i think, and we have a sheeting machine that rolls it for us. A dough roller will work though.

    The dough ball should look like a rounded rectangle but not quite an oval, so you can use your hands to stretch the ends. You can cut them however you want, but for 8 pieces per bag you cut each of the end strips first, then a cut down the center, then 2 cuts in the 2 big uncut pieces on either side of the center cut. Really, its up to you how you cut them if youre making them though.

    Our ovens are around 500 i'm pretty sure, i see 501 pretty frequently. They go in for about 6 minutes but its a conveyor belt oven soooooo idk.

    After that, the toppings are just liquid bread spread (garlic butter) and parmesan. Crazy sauce is just made-in-store marinara. Can buy that shit anywhere.

    It costs us under 20 cents to make a bag, even with extra stuff on it it should still be under a quarter.
