Semi confused by the licenses for the Gundams. How does one get that license, is it by beating Mission Mode, or Official Mode for each respective pilot? And the friendship thing that I've read about, that's in Mission?

Ah yes licenses most annoying way to unlock a suit to use. It depends on your relationship of a pilot to unlock their license mission(s). Keep doing the friendship missions to fix a relationship of a pilot and you will usually get a terminal message from them asking for help. When you finish the missions you will unlock the suit to use on that person.
A quick question for you all. Just picked the game up this weekend so I only have about an hour or two into it but my question is this. I know you can set up to 3 abilities on the pilots but the abilities on the mobile suits are they in affect too for a total of 7 or is it just the pilots abilities that are active?
Is this game like the actual DW where you find weapons and stuff throughout the game and learn larger/stronger combos as you upgrade? My favorite part of DW was going from some crappy stick, with a 2combo, to the sick ones with 6+ moves.
you dont actually get new weapons, just new mobile suit part(Torso, feet, hands) and you start with a 4hit max combo and as you lvl up you can use 6hit. Also you dont have to break like crates or defeat generals to get the parts sometimes you get them by killing a certain amount of enemies.
I tried playing the demo of this on XBL last night...was fun, combos were pretty fluid, but holy fuck how do you defend or heal
I survived up to the last bit of the mission but the continual gradual drain on health ended up doing me in by the time I got to the last guy who would just chain attack you and leave no room to get away![]()
Is there a method to obtaining level parts for the gundams? I've noticed that between Gundam, Nu Gundam, Z Gundam, and ZZ Gundam (and the other countless mobile suits I've unlocked) that the parts you get to upgrade are random. Certain gundams have level 3 pieces and others level 2, but it's all been random so far. Does beating bosses on different difficulties matter what upgrade part you get?
I just tried "The True Dynasty Warrior:Gundam" mission.Fucking mission is impossible you have to fight Musha Gundam and Musha MK II at the same time the best part is the mission difficulty is at the highest and you have to do it on hard.
Anybody happen to know the answers to the quiz they give you and what do you get after you get them correct?
edit: Nevermind found it

I just want to send a big F You out to Kamille's Official Story Mode plot. Freaking 4 fights in a row against the giant boss Pyscho Gundams....seriously? Took me forever to beat them last night, he's easily my least favorite story to play through...
Anyone that has done Uso's missions, how the fuck do you beat the Dark/Devil Gundam? I can't beat this asshole and it doesn't help that stupid Seabook keeps running in and getting destroyed by the laser attacks, every, single, time. I had no problem beating Dark Gundam with Amuro in his mission mode, mostly I think because he's max level and had all the skills. Any help in this matter would be appreciated, because I'm tired of losing this fight.
Edit: Finally beat it, got lucky though lol....god so glad to be done with that fight. Only took me like 15+ tries...
Attack the tentacle gundams then he'll be vulnerable to attack
The "Don Quixote" mission is such bullshit.
Anyone know of any missions that feature Reccoa as an enemy? I need to lower her affection level so I can access the quest Sara Might forgive you but I Won't. Need Reccoa under trust and Sara and Scirocco above trust to flag quest. Sara is friend, Reccoa is trust and Paptimus is one under trust....forget name.
