AV Last night on Remora

Apathy fought AV last night had it up for over an hour got it to 69% .Then Meteor X3 killed everyone.The wierd thing was my LS was farming jailers inside and nothing would pop no Temp,no ??? 's were up nothing so we decided to quit and go watch.
Anyway i found it interesting ,maybe having some jailers up when AV pops does something more reearch is needed.
Also from what i was told they locked all 2 -hours other then EES and 1 more dont rmember wich.

Hmm maybe thinking about using some of our popsets to try something like this. Has any other research been done as to having other jailers popped?

Would this have any effect on the palace jailers?

This could prove very interesting... MOAR Research!!!! But it could be quite difficult to coordinate to keep Jailers up while attempting AV.

I guess noone has tested this cause AV isnt up for long periods of time .But last night it was.

Which ones did you check? Did you wait 15 minutes while watching all spawn points? It would be incredibly interesting information if you had confirmation that a ??? would not pop at any of it's spawn points for more than 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, I am guessing this is not the case.

They definately figured out the regen andlocking its 2-hours ,the 69% mode is were things get ugly.

Apathy has certainly gotten it below 59%, because a screenshot has been show with AV in Bracelets mode. I'm assuming they're withholding information until they're sure and take it down, which is fine, as long as they give us some info once it's dead! :D

Any info they give will quickly be irrelevant anyway, because you know very well that SE will run emergency maintenance to "fix" it if it ever gets killed again.

More like the information will be... you have to kill stuff and do things to make it work.

The, "Spawn Jailers while AV is up" strategy has been tested. That was one of the first theories thought of when AV was first being fought. Cue incredible discovery card.

Well, in this case, the theory is that while AV is up no jailers can be popped. Seems reasonable enough to test, find JoFort's ??? which doesn't move, leave a mule by it, pop AV, see if JoFort's ??? disappeared or moved on its own.

This theory of poping other jailers while AV is up is as old and fruitless as virtue weapons and ebon pannels. I'm pretty sure it was tested thoroughly and debunked back when AV didnt have a time limit. The only sea NM you can't pop while AV is up is JoL because they share a spawn point.

Either way, just getting AV that low is a feat in and of itself. My hat goes off to them for trying.

Well i dont want to get in to a argument about the number of people, but i still do not believe anyone has killed PW the way it should be killed. Yes they did kill it, but if i remember right they basically just has zombie blue mages killing it? I dont think SE intended to have that happen
