i did not really read through all the post, so my apologies if anyone mentioned.

Tinnin's chain breathe is no coincident. He will CHAIN breathe according to "popped" heads (he will still use breathe as his single normal WS anytime tho)

Eg. From 1 head to 2 head, he will do 2x breathes. From 2 to 3, he will do 3x breathes.

Actually i forgot if he does 3 breathes or 1 barofield + 2 breathes....last time i did tinnin is 3 months ago...but i know its 2x WS for 1 > 2 heads and 3x WS for 2 > 3 heads pop.

So at the very first time when tinnin regen to 3 heads, you will definately see 3x WS in a row. Lets be honest, this stage is the most crucial stage. other than this stage, tinnin is pretty much a joke.

So it is actually better NOT TO CUT off his head. because everytime he go doen to 2 heads, and eventually go to 3, he will repeat the 3x WS cycle. Therefore, just keep it simple, make tinnin do that inevitable 3x breathe when he first regen to 3 head, and just keep it there

I had a quick question about this. What kind of food are the dd's typically eating for this guy? I was told he was pretty evasive so I was eating sushi on him (war/nin tank), but then it seemed my damage suffered a lot (also had marches but no minuets, one brd). With capped GA and other normal acc pieces do I need to be worrying about my acc or can I get away with meat so I can actually deal some decent damage to the guy?

Thorny recommended 2x war/nin rather than 2xsam/nin, any particular reason you'd want wars instead of sams ?

pld/nin - can count shadows
whm/sch - not retarded
rdm/whm - not retarded
blm x2
brd - ghorn
smn - (oh snap)
thf - npc

Blms pulled hate every few nukes and died, each fight took 35min. Rdm didn't have to use convert and whm was almost full mp most of the time so ghorn wasn't really needed. GL!

I actually asked him this too, he said for Provoke. Drks also work for Stun and allow you to use a Corsair for chaos roll if needed.

Falaras pretty much covered it, for a true 6man setup you don't have any extra buffs(assuming you want TH) and damage alone isn't going to outdo the cures you need for enmity when it does nerve gas. Provoke isn't a fabulous hate tool, but it's still more than sam/nin gets.
