See me online? This was my 7th conversation with a representative. I have given them all the info they asked for including registration date, birthday, past credit cards used, copy of driver's license, ect.

Yeah this right here is pretty much solid proof that they suck.

If anything at all should be disclosed about accounts, reasons for being banned is probably the top one. I didn't get banned, but if I had, I'd want to know why.

At least the salvage dupers knew why they were banned, if only because 900 others got hit with it along with them.

more than 1 week since LM-17 and no answer.......already talk to my CC bank to contact SE hopefully they will get more answers...also already talked to the law firm that is sueing SE ......this is BS .....anyone else have news??? pls help me out

I tried to log on this morning and it changed from LM-17 to LM-08.

LM-08 is deactivated account, all I had to do was click Reactivate and now I'm back online.



Only took about a day and a half for my chargeback-ban to get reversed.

Okay, so I've had this error message since the 29th of this month. I called SE the next day and they took my information and are "investigating" the issue. They informed me that I'd be contacted as soon as more information to this matter is available. I'm yet to recieve any calls or emails since, though I did recieve an email about a credit card "chargeback" on the 29th, which is what I THINK this is all about.

The error message says that I'm banned and it states that it's permenant in the sentence "Accounts that have been banned will not be reinstated under any circumstances." This worries me. I've put years of time into my character, and I'm not about to lose him now.

What worries me even more is that...a few days ago my LS did Dynamis. We waited a good 2 hours for another LS to exit the zone and about 30 mins before we were able to enter, a Japanese LS arrived. The leader said all this crap about not letting us have the zone, that we should random, blah blah. The leader wouldn't negotiate. It came down to a /trade war to the Trail Markings, and we won. Our LS leader got the glasses for us, but accidently (idk how) traded a glass to one of their members. So now the Japanese LS had a glass and all hell broke lose. They all started to enter the zone and lotting our relic and everything else that dropped. Funny thing is, I'm the only person who won a piece of relic (Valor Surcoat, very excited about this btw lol). During the run, they were constantly MPKing us, so this was getting me extremely upset, as well as them lotting all of our drops. We were also planning on fighting Shadow Lord, but that totally fell through due to all wipes from the MPKs. =/ I sent a few /tells to the idiots running around the zone, especially the leader, first trying to suck up and get them out of the zone, but soon after them ignoring me or responding with rude /tells, I sent them a few rude /tells saying a few curses. Also the next day, I sent the leader a /tell and said "You son of a bitch" just for fun lol. So yeah, I'm hoping none of this drama caused me to get in trouble, and this ban. It was a very frusterating matter, and I hope my LS would back me up if this all led to me getting banned.

So after all the blabbering...I just wanted to say that yes...I did get an email reguarding my debit card and a chargeback. So I guess that truely is the problem and why I got this ban message, BUT, I noticed my bank statement shows the payment is pending, so I don't get it. What do you guys think?

Also, a few days ago, I reactivated my friend's account with my debit card info, a sent over a bunch of items to my account...could that possibly be the problem? Maybe SE thinks I was hacking another account or something? Though, I'm still able to use his account and characters 100%.

This the same reply i got. I asked them to expand on the "irregular activity". He told me there was a lot fo CC's that have been attached to the account. Which IMO isnt a reason to ban. Ive been deployed multiple times and each time i gave my brother my account while gone and he paid for it. Now however many CC's his almost broke ass decided to use on it shouldn't be a problem. I told them this and they told me there in it self is a ToS breach, but its not because they had a general power of attorney and could make such changes in my absence. So really this is just retarded. Goodbye 4 years of work ; ;

I'm able to get up to the play button, but I had my id deactivated before the first because I wasn't going to be able to get cash in til the first at the earliest.

I have money in there, want to reactivate it, but it won't let me do it. The maint bullshit has been going on since this morning, and now it's saying 17:00 to 19:00 PDT?
