Ok one of my accounts just got hit with a ban and I've never done anything wrong and the info center is already closed for the 4th...

Called SE again today. They said my password was incorrect, why I was getting the UCS5000 error, but thats false because I was able to login to playonline. I tried to explain that to them, but there fucking retarded.

So I come home, try the new password. O guess what, UCS5000 ERROR, waiting in line on Playonline chat support now. This is total bullshit.

Sounds like your account is JP. Correct? If so, it's gone unless you have a legitimate JP address on file that you can get a physical bill mailed to and pay, or you can go to the JP office and pay in person.

LM-17 can still get recalled, regardless of what customer support says/your warnings are, so dont give up. But shit like this makes me a bit skeptical of XIV. im seriously hoping they hire a new staff specifically for customer support.

well... week ago I got LM-17 and I was like (wtf I got out of my mog house and just got disconnected for no reason) I spoke to them and they told me that they banned me for illegal activity, I told them I just got out of my mog house, is that illegal? few seconds and I recieved an e-mail from SE telling me that ban was because of my credit card, I told them on web that because of my visa and they said that ban will be lifted after few hours or 1 day max.
the LM-17 changed to LM-21 ( not sure of the number but it's for activation) I spent 3 days trying to reactivate my account but it was only giving erro number USC-60257
"The server is busy or you have entered incorrect information"
I double checked my info, I called the bank 3 times and everything was ok, I had enough fund that can be enough for 2 characters atleast but still getting the same erros.
I have told to try every 30 minutes
is there anyone having the same problem?

Sounds like the same errors I was getting when I was trying to reactivate my account while the registration servers were down. Those servers handle things like reactivating your account, changing payment options, purchasing expansions, registering expansions, and extra features like security token. Read the playonline website, at the bottom under news, and see if the times happen to coincide with the times you were trying to reactivate. I`d post the URL but I don`t have a post count higher than 10 lol.

I get this error when I use different versions of POL which the account was created with. For example, I recently took over a friends account (Canadian) and I'm EU, and if I try to edit his details on my version of POL (The EU one), I get the UCS5000 error, which means I cannot update payment info, cancel/reactivate IDs, etc... I resolved this by downloading the US version of POL which let me bypass it completely, and everything works fine. I can log into his account with the EU version of POL, but I need the US version to edit his info. I imagine this is the same with JP accounts too, and visa versa.
