Yea I got my mule account back today, turns out it was banned on the 2nd not the 3rd like I first thought it was.

But yea dead plants and everything else..but haven't gotten a e-mail about the account being un-banned.

I guess my old account was deleted due to inactivity, but anyways, I signed up an account to join this topic as my ls mule was banned after I had trouble with my CC. Basically I lost my original CC and 3 of my accounts didn't renew for the month of July. I reactivated my main char then couldn't activated a 2nd char for some reason kept getting UCS-xxxxxx error. I borrowed a gf's cc and activated the 2nd char. Later the next day I activated the account with 16 chars all mules for the ls with the card I originally had problems.

Bam LM-17'ed... I call POL and they file a ban complaint after I was told I was banned for "RMT Activities"... It's been 11 days since I was banned now (at least was aware of it) and the only update which I wanted to give you guys a heads up on was the last rep I spoke with told me that my account was banned because more then one person has access to it...

First off how the heck do you even know this? Different IPs? Had another character logged on the same ip?? In that case I have 6 at any given time. Or are they using an illegal program to find identifying information about us on our computers?

I told the rep I have Charter Internet at home, AT&T DSL, 2 Sprint Air Cards, and 1 Verizon Access Card as I work for a security firm that I play when I'm travelling and when I'm staying a hotel. Sometimes I logon at the coprorate office to mule a bit for a weekend event.

The rep said they would file another ban complaint to make sure someone sees this. I also pointed out I purchased 4 security tokens but they are all secured to 1 token so how would ANYONE else be logging in this account. His response was the dept gets very little information about how the banning process works.

As work already has been so tiring I could barely muster enough energy to play, to have to deal with this has been driving me short of writing this post to insanity. I really sympathize with all of you that has been experiencing this issue. I was a heavy Special Task Force reporter against those random named farmers before. While I acknowledge how great it is to ban rmts the day it began to ban legit players is when this has gone too far. We PAY for this service. Some 1 liner clause about closing accounts doesn't cut it when it comes down to destroying 6 years of hard work with a group of friends no matter how they justify or spin it.

I sympathize with those that were caught in the bannings for Einherjar/Salvage that were innocent and had no good idea what was going on should've been given a chance to contest their case.

The LM-17 message that everyone recieved that was affected by this, was it the same as the standard ban message? The one that reads:

"This account has been banned due to a violation of the PlayOnline or Final Fantasy XI agreements. Please contact the Information canter for any questions regarding this notice. You may also refer to the "Account Penalties" page under "Online Manners" in the "Rules and Policies" section of the official website for detail on account penalties. (LM-17)"
(I tried to find the one forum user that has this sigged, to no avail lol)

Or did you guys get a different message with your LM-17?
