    This is similar, my situation here:

    I have 4 accounts, 64 characters. 1 main toon, 1 mule for whatever, and then 62 gardening mules.

    The mules are named with numbers one through 62.
    The first two gardening only accounts house 1-32.
    MY main character account then houses 33-46
    And then the third gardening account has 46-62

    Somehow, they banned mules 1-32, skipped 33-46, then banned 47-62.

    So either they are lying about having an individual look over the account before ban, or they just have a bunch of dumbasses working for them, probably both.

    There has been no logical reasons why some accounts have been banned and others not. In my case 5 of my 6 accounts are fine, the ones I strictly log on to craft or fish on are all fine. The one account that has done nothing but move between cities to camp AH and I bought them airship passes was the one banned.

    Based on whats been going on we can pretty much deduce they are not personally banning anyone and its all done through scrpts.

    Try contacting them online and requesting a supervisor. When I called about the LM-17 I received, they said that it was perma for "irregular activity." I talked to them online and requested a supervisor when the dipshit I was talking to couldn't give me any more info other than requesting I send a photo ID to begin the investigation process. The supervisor however, said that whomever I spoke with on the phone was misinformed and that I could send a notary form instead of the ID and that I would regain access to the account with no strikes/penalties and there would be no investigation.

    Mine was banned for requesting a charge back, and it's apparently their policy now to auto-ban anyone who does so. Which is somewhat ironic since the primary reason a charge back is requested is because you were billed incorrectly by them to begin with (which was the case here).

    Needless to say, there's no reason I should have to go through this to begin with. So they can eat a dick. Not gonna' bother with it other than reporting it to the BBB (like it'll do any good).

    I don't really care that much, tbh. I gave them the last of my money last month, I really only wanted to log onto it to give a few friends some things, and shut it down completely. If they restore it, great, otherwise, meh.

    I haven't played in over 2 years, I just wanted to check up and update some stuff on POL and it turns out my account has been banned, it was perfectly fine during May. But why would they ban an account that's been inactive for 2 years and have no relations to "gardening"? I'm somewhat affected, but not too much since I'm not playing. They better get their act together, because this is just wrong.

    They are a terrible company and treat their customer base like shit.

    I am not playing FF14 for this very reason, this company has treated us like shit and taken our money and I really don't want to see them profit off my free time or anyone's, until they stop treating us like we don't deserve some respect.

    I'm not QQing but I'm -this close- to just not coming back to game at all. I don't know why it pisses me off so much that they treat us like this but it does. I feel stupid giving them my money.

    A company should be satisfying its customers not vise versa. They have a responsibility to treat us with some respect. They don't. They jerk us around and take our money and I hope some of you consider this when FF14 comes out. No, I'm not one of a salvage duppers or anything and I'm not banned.

    It's just disgusting to me, that this company treats its customers so poorly....

    You dont even play anymore, and your boyfriend just sold his character (including a Linkshell's bellona's.) Just follow in his footsteps.

    I'm going to complain to C&S. I will question their action as to why they would ban a 2 year, inactive account, besides being inactive for too long, when there's still the thought of coming back.

    Can't be CC issues, because it's impossible to cheat in not paying a game you haven't played in 2 years.

    I never thought this would happen to me. So and but...

    I'm going to make them pay! 8)

    I had considered coming back, honestly. I do miss playing the game. Until you are able to step inside my shoes for a minute, you won't know how I'm thinking or feeling about the game, so you have no real right to comment on that aspect. It actually would affect me if I got banned.

    I enjoy posting on forums, if you have a problem with me Chubbs you can ignore my posts, though I never thought it'd have to come to that.

    yeah zenga told me about this too. i really dont think its anything to worry about. you can still get your account back from chargebacks/cc issues, cant you? i think i seen 1 post where someone didnt ...

    That'd be me. I've called in at least three times, and contacted them online four or five times in the past few months.

    I didn't do shit. Not trying to QQ here, just saying not everyone got their account back.
