Beyond that though, I can't find anything official. It doesn't seem to be listed on playonline.com anywhere.
Quickly sharing my experience with POL customer service.
Just called POL and the only thing Ryan could tell me was that he'd submit a ban complaint and the account should be unbanned within 48 hours since it is currently in "good standing". If it's still banned within 48 to call back...
He seemed like he wanted to get off the phone asap, almost irritated. All I did was call, tell him my first and last name along with my POL ID. Next thing he tells me is there's really nothing he can do besides file a ban complaint and if there was anything else he could do. At his point he wanted to end the call and I interrupted him.
Ryan never even asked me for my first and last digits of my current credit card which seemed odd. I asked him if I needed to provide any confirmation info like cc / address etc, he stutters and goes "Oh.. (long pause) yea, first and last digits of your credit card." After providing the information he quickly checked it (maybe less than a second) then repeats "Yea there's nothing I can do, wait 48 hours and call back".
I'm not even sure if he even submitted the ban complaint. I asked for some kind of verification / case number anything to track it. Guess they don't do that <shrug>.
Didn't have to fax or explain anything. Before when this happened they banned both of my accounts since they are on the same credit card. This time around they only got my ex's account and left mine alone.
At this point I have this sinking feeling that it won't be unbanned. This chargeback happened nearly two years ago (maybe longer), since then it's been on the same credit card, same address, owner etc. Oh well, time will tell.

I called in and I got I think his name was Jared? He was very nice and explained everything to me took my information and said I would be contacted if my account was unbanned. He did give me the fax number 310-356-3833
And said it would help them if I faxed a copy of the drivers license of the current CC on file along with my POL ID.
Just contacted SE support again to find out whether I should submit my license, credit card, etc and they said it would not help. They said that only people who were being banned for the first time n charge-back related issues should fax it in, and people who are being banned for the second time won't be helped by faxing it in.
I can. I just got off the phone and was told I could really help my case if I faxed some sort of government issue ID proving that I'm me...
Guy was telling me this is for security reasons, as they're worried about comprimised accounts. I then asked him what the security token I bought was for. His reply was priceless and I actually laughed even though it pissed me off, he said "I dont know how to answer that question". I offered ALL of my info, original address on the acct, present address, all CC#'s, even registration codes. He didnt want to hear any of them. He told me none of that matters...
So I stole an account from some dude I was stalking for YEARS, and broke into his house and stole his registration codes. I also re-arranged his furniture while I was there, impregnated his wife and killed his kittens. Yes, I'm a terrible person. Ban me please.![]()
All I can say is thank the asses or whatever that have been doing multiple chargebacks on there accounts.... 1. Cause there to lazy to go into account and shut it down 2. Maybe compromised and to lazy to contact a GM or SE to get back/lock it ... so these peoples solutions are to call there credit card and chargeback a measly 11.99 or w/e it is... So of course SE implements a new security system and now tons of people are getting screwed out of there accounts/play time in game. I being one of them... I took a 6 month break and still was letting SE take the monthly fee cause I didnt wanna shut my account down, it's only 11.99 a month... I make that in 1 hour of work and its for a WHOLE month. Just hope SE takes care of this and doesn't screw over accounts that are being honest with there information.
I myself have changed credit cards on my account 3-4 times but no where in service agreement does it say I am not allowed to do so, none the less I've never done a chargeback. Guess all anyone can do is wait out the 48 hours after putting in your ban complaint. Everytime i call or do online support thats all they can ever provide me, doesn't matter what info. u give its always the same answer. Sorry sir all we can do is put your ban complaint, its now up to the special task force to do there job and takes 48 hours, u will then be contacted etc. via phone or email. If after 48 hours ur still not unbanned call us back.
The thing I wanna know is what if task force comes back and doesn't unban? Even tho your legit and your account is all correct? Then what....? Up the river without a paddle or am I call and keep putting complaints til my account is back in good standing?
70 dollars is like 6 hours at work compared to 6 months =P.. I don't find that to be much. If I plan on coming back and just taking a break I just leave it charging xD. But now I gotta sit here with this ban shit, its like man I payed u guys for 6 months I didnt even play the game and they can check login records for that and I'm still getting the shaft =X.
Had this issue yesterday... Called s.e like everyone else did and they said to wait 48-72 hrs. But just got unbanned 10 minutes ago :b

What info did u have to provide kisu? Did they send u a email or call you when they unbanned it or just kept checking? Still waiting... =/

Haven't received any notices yet either. I have tried logging back on and it is still telling me the account is banned. I do plan on calling them back today since it is has been 48 hours since I have called.

I just got off chat with support after contacting them as I was directed to do if I hadn't heard anything within 48 hours of submitting my ban complaint. They said that the investigation is still ongoing, and to contact them in a week if I still hadn't heard anything...
ya i just called cuz its been 48 hrs and nuttin dude said wait a few more days 2 more days then its friday if nuttin then gotta wait till mondey![]()
I called back and was told to wait a few more days for them to resolve this issue. >< I am wondering if it is going to be reactivated on the day the next billing cycle goes through. If so, I am going to be even more pissed. Right now I am leaning towards quitting and I wanted to return the equip I had borrowed from my friends and sell and give my money away. I really don't want to pay this company any more money.
