I have the same prob and still not fixed and the guy said that I was Perma-Banned today but I still got the LM-17 ANYONE got any suggestions on what to do?
This is the second time this month I have gotten the LM-17 message. First time I gave them the first 4 and last 4 of the CC I use and I was instantly reinstated. This time I did the same thing when I called in and they say that a 3rd party company is handling investigations for any CC charge back that occured with any character. They said it could take up to two weeks and said that I should just log in periodically daily and see if I have been unbanned. This is such HORSESHIOT! So anybody that has forgotten to undate there CC when it expires is subject to this LM-17 ban. What a total waste of money and time from SEI. You wonder if they are just all idiots!!!

Yay I got my account reactivated today. Didn't think it would be so soon
still waiting to get mine back. Called first thing monday morning as well no luck yet. Called again today to check on it they told me they are still investigating and it will be longer wait for a message >.<

Got mine back! I tried to log in late last night with no luck, but when I tried this morning, LM-08! No email yet.
I just received the LM-11 message about an hour ago now, spoke with a GM on my other account only to be told there wasn't anything they could do until offices are opened. I have not received an email or anything. The ONLY thing I can possibly see as being wrong was that I just moved and changed my billing info with the bank yesterday. I highly doubt that is the cause, but it seems to be the only plausible reason at the moment.

Still LM-17 for me this morning. SEI is so stupid. I hope when everything settles and they look back that they will see what an utter waste of time and money they had to spend on this bullshit.
