Ok so here's the deal - and this is the pinnacle of stupidity from POL I've experienced and that's coming from a guy who was suspended for 8 days for casting Cure IV as BRD/WHM to try to flail Nidhogg (I shit you not, have apologies from the GM and everything)

My wife was LM11'd this morning on her main character less than 5 minutes after waking up while teleporting her alternate character to mea and had yet to do anything on Caiti. While running to Chasm on alt Caiti was DC'd and LM11'd. We then called a GM and got a SGM to come face to face with us in Shakrami and she was actually very nice and understanding, but told us dead on serious that the LM11 100% did not come from any GM and we had to call customer service.

20 minutes ago she just got off the phone after going as far up the chain as you can go on the phone and was told that it was a GM initiated ban (after being interrogated by another person for 10 minutes about her billing address) and there was nothing she could do but wait the 3 days for the temp ban.

Now from being here for both conversations I actually believe the GM without any doubt. I think POL Customer Service is covering the fact that they have no idea what the fuck they're doing with this LM issue regarding billing and don't want to admit any error on their part.

Either way I'm pissed and I think this is ridiculous. I only hope in 3 days when she's unbanned she can talk to a GM smart enough to make sure there are no marks on her account. For all you LM17'd was there any infraction permanently marked on your accounts?

Ok...i had the same problem last month ...LM17....then i have LM-17 this month....i chat with agent and told me same crap....48 investigation ....now i just called......im PERMANENT BANNED FOR SOME BULLSHIT OF CC THAT I DONT KNOW EVEN WHAT IT MEANS...I CANT TALK TO ANYONE THAT CAN GIVE ME A REASON OR EXPLAIM ME ...anyone have a suggest or contact in SE or a phone number to talk to someone that can fix this problem...ive been playing for 5 year ....KC ridill 100+ mill on stuff lvl75 mule on same account etc etc etc and now i got banned for no reason???????????? i play on PS2 ....no way i can hack exploit bot or w/e .......why this is happening.....
pls someone give me a solution ...

You might want to try reading the thread, as many people have taken the time to explain their situations and post how they've gone about getting it fixed.

Also, while I know people are frustrated, continuously posting "STILL NOTHING FFFFFFFFFF" every two hours is completely unnecessary.

I was told yesterday that the investigation could last two weeks. I told the agent "you have to be shitting me" and he said "no". I told him this was lame and he said there is nothing he can do about it. He did suggest to try loggin into my account everday and in fact multiple times a day and see if the ban is lifted. Otherwise.....just like what everyone else says.... is the ppl at POL have their hands tied and are not giving out too much information.
However since they said your account was banned for CC activity I would wager to say you are not permanently banned.

I'm clean, never had a problem, and I just got my account back last night after calling on Wednesday.

I'm not entirely sure but I am entirely sure that despite the gigantic cock that I am my wife is the polar opposite.

Either she was wrongly swept, or it's a part of this. Either way I deem that it falls under horrid customer support which is basically the root problem of all of this. We'll find out in 3 days I guess.
