LM-17 wtf

To correct the story Sath posted earlier, I had woken up for Tiamat at 7am, tele'd my alt char and used a tele-mea ring for my main character. I ran them both through the maze and then as I zoned into attohwa chasm my main was d/c'd, I tried to log back on and got LM-11 message.

The SGM I spoke to was very nice and as helpful as she could possibly be. Unfortunately I only have part of the conversation (due to my half awake-ness, I apologize.)

The people I spoke to on the phone 5 hours later were completely different. Not helpful and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. He told me it was a GM related temp ban and assured me that I had nothing to worry about, that they would investigate what happend and that I could speak to a GM to find out why I was suspended in 72 hours.

I don't think this is 100% related to everyone's LM-17 posts, but it is (what appears to be) a mistake on SE's part, and I feel that it does need to be brought to everyone's attention. I was not the only person that had this happened to this morning. Another guy in my LS got the same message. I am wondering if anyone else received a similar message?

Hey there. Just got hit with an LM-17 due to some banking problems. I got online with SE bright and early so I could get a text record of everything that happened. I had two accounts, my main and the LS mule.



SEI POL Daniel J: I see on POLIDHERE that I am able to reverse the Ban that occurred for you.

So, thats my story. I'm waiting on this new error. Anyone else experience the same error/have a turnaround time?

Same situation here. My smithing mule was LM-17'd today, I got the ban lifted, but could not reactivate due to the same error you're receiving. Out of curiosity, you paying for the accounts with a Household Bank credit card (MC in particular)?

I'm using my CitiBank debit card.

(They were checking my account for fraud for some reason, and accidentally swapped all my money into a different account. Stupid Citi..)

I think most of us got the issue "escalated" this time around, for further investigation. Going on one week for me, if they keep their word it'll be one more week max.

So, both of my accounts are on the same credit card, last month only Aksannyi got hit with the LM-17 from credit cards, and then later the fraud ban. Now my second account got hit with it.

Yes, I REALLY wanted to deal with your incompetent customer service reps again this month, when you could have just fucking banned them both at the same fucking time.

Seriously getting tired of their shit, if my second account (which is really just a mule account, but I level her from time to time and I keep a lot of stuff on there) gets the fraud ban shit too, I'm just going to go to SEI and kill everyone.

Isn't that the same error you get when you Unsubscribe from POL? If it is, you just have to wait until midnight tonight and it will take your card np to reactivate the account.

If not I don't know.

I got LM-17....

I don't know how or why, I don't play on PC, so I don't use 3rd pt apps. I'm a Xbox player. The only reason why I -think- I got banned was the constant fishing /anon at the Manta camp. I was just fucking around and to just stir up the pot, I typed in say .input special code 19826 unclaim mobID=#9172-1937.

Maybe it's the CC nformation, maybe it's that retard thing I did, idk, I just logged in and said I got LM-17...
