    I just got off the chat with SE and they told me my account was permabanned after a week of waiting. Either this rep is an idiot or they are seriously jerking people around. Cause this is crazy.

    tl;dr = LM-17, came here, read thread, POL chat, hope he wasn't lying and it gets fixed!



    So, I logged on to LM-17. First thing I did was check the other account on the credit card, and then all the accounts linked to my SE ID. Second, I came here and read this thread. Then I contacted POL Support. Here's what I got

    This just happened to my Einherjar mule. I have two other accounts on the same credit card and they're fine.

    This has to be the absolute worst customer service ever haha. You can't even contact them because it's outside PST business hours.

    Remember when Sonomaa said SE was trying to kill their own game? hahah

    i seriously doubt anyone would get a perma for a billing issue. EVER. unless there was something else you did, to add onto it, lol.

    even than, having them stall it out still sucks monkey tits. i hope they have a completely new staff or something for XIV.

    Well if they do the investigation and do determine it's fraud - even if it isn't, since SE is pretty retarded, after all - then they can ban you, it's just as good of a reason as botting or using App. Actually I'd think that credit card fraud would be a pretty strong reason to ban someone.

    I'm just more annoyed that they LM-17'd a simple Einherjar mule we have. Am I going to come home tomorrow and see that my main account has been banned simply because I decided to put more than one account on a credit card?

    are people still getting banned for charge backs today?

    I lost my debit card (linked to account) 3 weeks ago, and I have not updated my CC information yet. Am I gonna get the banhammer? >.> (with no way to verify my CC information, as I don't have the card)

    Can you contact your bank/card company and get the old info just to write it down? Surely they have that recorded some place?

    Do they read what they type? or did they just add not to the email, and then send it? The "Keep in mind that this action will not be amended until proof of ownership is provided" is very weird. Did you not give the correct information, and thus they will not unban you?
