How do you beat the 5th giant spider in Slithia's lair >.>

I keep having Zelda flashbacks while playing. I just smile more when I see blood and flying body parts.

This game is so much fun. Having a blast with it. If you play on anything less than Apocalyptic difficulty you're doing yourself a disservice, the game is so easy otherwise I think it actually detracts from the gameplay because you never need to learn the better combos or countering/blocking.
Anyway, I love how it takes a little bit from everything. It definitely feels like a Zelda game, if Zelda was DEATH and Link were a horseman of the apocalypse. I have to agree with the reviewer on IGN though, the bosses are kind of a let down after all the challenges you have to overcome to get to them. They die pretty easily.
Yeah Bosses were kinda weak, except Tiamat and Silitha they were actually decent challenges.
i have only faced tiamat and griever so far, neither of which were too bad. i'm not a hard boss fight type of guy though, i have really enjoyed both dungeons so far though
Silithia was a joke. But I thought Tiamat was a pain in the ass because for the longest time I thought the bombs would fall off whenever he moved and I would have to reapply quickly.
Just beat it. I had a blast playing it. Didn't have time to collect everything since my cousin wants to borrow it. I just wanna say about the ending...

Just finished the game myself, 24 1/2 hours, loved the game and cant wait for the sequel, I ended up with 9/10 of the abyssal armor peices and 65% of the trophies, I'll go back and finish the armor and stuff later.
Edit: Straga's Kill shot was pretty fuckin awesome.
Now to wait till 2/2 and 2/9 for White Knight, Dante's Inferno and Bioshock 2.
Tiamat was the best boss by far, I can't help but say that the others were a letdown past her. Griever might as well have been a regular mob, the Stygian was a complete joke, Silithia was another joke when you realize all her teleporting follows a strict pattern that requires you to do maybe 2 dashes backwards in order to never get hit. Straga wasn't even that hard, and after how strong he was in the story it was kind of disappointing.
Well to be fair, Griever can be a bitch if you don't have fast reflexes. You can get caught in a chain from the falling rocks. Straga being easy didn't bother me because prior to that point in the story, no-one had the resources to kill him. Even War was lacking it in his full power at the start of the game.
Even tho the bosses weren't overly hard, they did make you fight them in a different manner than just all out assault which was fine with me.
I ended up with the Armor and 3 of the legendary upgrades. I'm gonna tell my cousin to hurry his ass through it so I can beat it a 2nd time lol.
the legendary upgrades are pretty much ridiculously overpowered, lol. Fury's Embrace has a permanent hoardseeker effect for every map you're on (even if it's not equipped) and the Death one is just insane
anyway the best way to deal with griever's rock falling is to dash to the side of the arena opposite of whatever wall he smashes into. You still have to move around a lot but I beat him without taking much damage at all.
