If you're fast enough you can get in position to push the train into Griever before a rock even falls. That's what I did after getting hit by the first set.

I just entered the dungeon with all the spiders, can't wait to finally get that goddamn hookshot. So many things I saw just taunting me along the damn way.

I agree the bosses were a little easy, but each one had a puzzle to it and you had to figgure out how to kill them instead of mindlessly fighting each one, I liked the puzzles with the portal gun, they really made you think. The mechanical bosses to unleash each beam took some strategy as well. I really loved this game despite some easy bosses, Im not disappointed in the least.
A lot of the minibosses were super fun, and I don't think the bosses were necessarily a let down. Griever took me 2 tries because the first time I kept slashing at her belly wondering why she wouldn't fucking die...

The Stygian was a fun fight. Nothing super difficult, but it was fought on horseback and I really think the bosses did a good job emphasizing the use of the equipment you obtained in their respective dungeons.

The final bosses were the only thing that was a bit of an upset to me, they were way easy. Maybe it was the fact that I had the Abyssal Armor completed, but they were a joke.

The cutscenes and tone of the entire game made up for any of its shortcomings (and in my opinion, they were few and far between). Amazing game, amazing ending, can't wait for the sequel.
Man I was so pumped after the ending, Sequel naow.
What a buggy piece of shit the Spider boss is.
First, the game decides I don't deserve the health chest outside the door and deactivates it, leaving it sitting there, obviously unopened, but without the green glow or the ability to open it, meaning I only get 3 lifestones to beat the boss with.
Then, it decides I'm not cool enough to start at that waypoint, and after about 10 deaths my waypoint is set to the door you had to kill the 5 big spiders to open.
And finally, when I hookshot up to the spider's orange bomb, the game freezes and I lose an afternoon's worth of play (read: before I even got the fucking horse).
What I did was go back in the rooms opposite side to that door and kill the small spiders with auto kill to fill my health and save, pretty easy to do and not so sure why thats so buggy, hadnt heard of anything like that, what version?
And 10 deaths yeesh, was pretty easy.
This worm shit is pissing me off. >_<
Way to kill worms after you get your horse:
