This is fantastical. Maybe it's just me, but this instantly reminded me of that whiny voice from The Jerky Boys shouting, "sue you, sue everybody!"

Maybe this will lead to who owns the Info in the US, last i knew that had not been said yet.
I'm a little disappointed reading the details of the actual suit though. It seems it takes somebody who doesn't recognize the fruitless effort of a lawsuit and legal fees to actually take action like this. If somebody brought a potentially stronger suit, I can't say as a customer that I would be disappointed in seeing the company having it stuck to them for incompetence and poor money guzzling service though.
I enjoy the game, and the community, but overall nothing has really felt accomplishing, challenging, or worthwhile without first siphoning budget, double booked fees, or groping in the dark from poor correspondence over technical support and environmental community feedback about the game itself.
There is no law behind licensing agreements?
You are correct, a licensing agreement can not do or make you agree to anything illegal. That is not the case here.
There is a lot of precedent behind digital licensing agreements, and none of those precedents are at question in this suit.
I may not know that much about being a lawyer, but I am pretty sure you don't know what the hell you are talking about.
McDonalds also received several complaints from consumers regarding the excessive temperature of their coffee. They chose to remain negligent. The lady that burned herself had her clothes fused to her skin and if I remember right, her asshole was even burned horribly.
Lesson to Mickey D's is: STOP TRYING TO FUCKING BURN PEOPLE. It's a lesson they didn't learn until they had to pay a ton of fucking money.
Settle out of court for a relic.
Ive never been double charged by them.. but I'll see if happens in a few days when they charge me my first bill since returning to the game.
I've been double charged before (many occasions actually). Actually, recently, it happened to me. My wife and I both have an account with 1 content ID and we ordered the password authenticator. So with the math, that is 12.95x2 and 9.99x2 which is approx. $46. Well, my account was charged $68 and when I called SE, of course, they rattled off the "we don't have a way to give you a credit or money back, please contact your CC company". So I did and the bank reversed the funds. I go to login, LM-17 but at least I didn't have to pay any reactivation fees (none that I've seen yet).
Been in this postition before and I didn't do anything. I got double charged for one account, my main one, and called them up. It was the only time I had issues with Customer Service line. He couldn't clearly explain the situation and at the end I gave up.
The problem I have with SE's billing is that there is no viewable billing history.
Wow on page four already and PEOPLE STILL THINK THIS IS ABOUT DOUBLE BILLING.
Spoiler: show
You can view a billing history from PlayOnline, it's just buried in their retarded system of menus. I saw when I was trying to figure out the date a character could server transfer.
Sorry, might not actually be a billing history, but it is a history of charges (not necessarily where those charges were applied).
