The wife and I are going for all three days. I would never have been caught dead at the old, travelling Lollapalooza, but something about it being in Grant Park, with my hotel right across the street, makes it tolerable. Plus it comes out to like $3 per band, and that doesn't suck.
But the best thing about Lollapalooza is that you can go see a band you'd never pay money to see under any other circumstances, either because their fans are idiots or they only play giant arenas way out in the suburbs. The downside is when two bands you want to see are up against each other, like Tool and the Beastie Boys. You can split the set, but you've gotta walk the length of the park so you end up missing a lot.

Glasvegas
Maybe interested in:
Rise Against (if I can suffer the 14 year old emo kids)
Coheed and Cambria (if I can suffer the fat, smelly, fucking nerds that worship at the alter)
