On paper DRG/BRD seems ok... requiem and threnody are fast casting, no need to worry about MP, Uninterruptible spells... could be viable for soloing if the target spams stuns, or hits fast enough to interrupt spells.

Just a pity that Bard gives a multipurpose Wyvern, which triggers HB at 25% really. That, and BLU is a billion times better,

Also as /rdm you get poison and Barspells!

Poison is 5MP - Quicker than Dia
Barspells 6MP - REALLY Fast, almost instant cast

but /blu is epic all around.

/brd at level 52, its just... I couldn't see a Multi-purpose Wyvern Sub job being good for anything in the healing department, that DRG is Gimp, but he may have very well been ASKED to come /BRD by the party leader... and heck, if someone asked me to come /brd for a party invite, i'd of taken it just to get a party... sure if i got there and it looked like that i would have disbanded, but i'd give anything a shot once!

At their unsynced level he would have had Armet available. And while I have no clue if he knows how to use it or not, I'm just pointing out that it's not a total crap sub. Drg/Brd was the shit before Blu was released >.>'.

The guy didn't post any of the Drg's gear, or mannerisms, just a sub job. At that sync it was rendered half-useless, without his Armet. But, usefulness tends to get lost in Level Sync. That's just how it works. How many SAMs do you know who Sync down to Imps (Below 72) and still use their Haguns? Post those bitches.

Also like to point out that last time I check, multipurpose Wyverns could only heal the DRG, not anyone else in the party. This alone excludes DRG/BRD from every being a backup healer. Beyond that, Its still a pointless combo. You get what, Ballad? Gimped minuets (Level 1 and 2 only at that)? No, don't try and defend a piss poor job combo. Its no different than if a BRD subbed DRG for pulling.

I know 6 level 75 SMNs, got them together, then i just went down the list of level 75SMNs, Surprisingly enough most of them are willing to do the fight cause its something to do, and how often do you get a chance to fight Carby prime?

I've only did it once, But it was fucking fun D:, i even wrote a strategy on the fight o .o;;

We got uh, I think Leviathan's Cousse, and Ramuh's Mace. =O
