Eh, that looks like an average/subpar enmity gear. Ideally, it should have:

Cerberus Mantle
Askar/Homam/Iron Ram Dastanas
Iron Ram hose
Iron Ram Boots
and Hades' .

Its not too fair to pass on a judgement solely from an edited screenshot. Like I said above, it could just be a subpar enmity set. Or he might've just tossed a voke on the monster that one of his ls members attacked for lulz. That fucking screenshot doesn't even tell what he was engaged to.

turns out he was running somewhere. So w legs would be ok. as could most that gear if he forgot to change out from his enmity set and only /eq the legs. so ya that would be a no no for running around lol.

Haste, no matter what sub, is only doing two things for you. Increasing TP gain, and reducing Cast timers. If you're not casting, and aren't expecting to land hits for TP (ie: full defensive idle. Yeah, it happens.) then idling in Haste gear is fucking stupid.

give or take 100k. the sam could be fixed with 400k

get haste feet, Hac hands(he needs the store tp), the GK has to go. cheaper and better onimaru(sp?)

Hosom does a good enough job making himself look bad. Ken isn't main SMN anyway. I am surprised he was even on it. Let alone, have any gear for it. He won SMN Horn today in Xarc that was free lot, might have made him want to break SMN out.

Nez was running, not tanking. Running in W-legs??? Who does that? EDIT: Rather than me just saying he could use more gear for macros, I should have said that he does not have every piece of gear for PLD. He does not full time the gear in the SS's...

Panther is new to the shell, so yes, we have some work to do on him. That's what an LS is for. We don't mind helping members improve their gear/ playing skill. Fact of the matter is that Hosom just follows us around, waiting for a reason to hit the SS button.
